Had a good experience with HearUsa, and ordered my hearing aid from them. The staff was nice and professional and my appointment went really well. Would recommend them to anyone that need fast service and friendly staff. 5/7/25 Picked up my new hearing aid, fits great, and the set up was quick and great. Walked out 15 minutes later. I have been a hearing aid user for about 43 years and a customer of Hear USA for about four years. I found the audiologist to be knowledgeable and personable, and planned to continue to see her but I have had some difficulties with my shoulder and have not been able to see her. Imagine my concern when I was told it costs $65 to replace the tubing in the aids! I do understand and she got me right it but considering I paid 0 last time
My hearing aids sometimes lost power within a few hours after charging. They were still under warranty, so I requested new rechargeable batteries. To my surprise, instead of just new batteries, I was given new instruments. That is phenomenal warranty service. I can already hear better and no longer worry that I will need to re-charge the new aids in the middle of the day. Thanks to the staff and HearUSA corporation, I feel more confident about my ability to hear better more consistently.
Everyone was so kind and patient. Every concern and question I had was answered. I was agitated and upset because I got lost trying to find the office. When I called they stayed on the phone and directed me to their office. I had not been driving much because of my hearing problem, but there was no one to take me to my appointment so I drove myself and was worried that I would not hear any sirens, horn blowing or other concerns.
