Initial meeting with audiologist was excellent. She explained the differences between the aids and how they each work. She was detailed, pleasant and answered all my questions thoroughly. I highly recommend HearUSA if you are looking for hearing aids. I just picked up my hearing aids on a 2nd visit and the process is very easy. Everything was explained fully, how to care for the hearing aid, how to adjust the aid, etc. Jasmine is an excellent audiologist to work with for first time patients.

Under my previous insurance, only HearUSA was ‘in network’ for hearing aid benefits. Little did I know that I would discover a great provider: just my good fortune! A 2 person operation, a small out-of-the-way storefront that does a great job, every time I deal with them. Cannot rate them high enough for their customer service. They have exceeded expectations time & time again.
