I can't say enough good things about Jasmine! She's an excellent audiologist! Totally professional. Helped me understand my hearing loss. And offered insightful counseling on my hearing aid options. Also terrific customer relations. Her confidence helped me adjust to my new hearing aids! Thank you!
Jasmine was very efficient. I was in for an annual hearing exam and an issue with the filter in the RH aid. I did not have to wait at all and was in and out in record time. Hearing checked and aid issue taken care of.
10/21/25: had to return to resolve an issue and received a solution within 10 minutes of my store arrival. Great response as usual! 10/03/25: Jasmine was very helpful. She setup everything including the phone app and answered all my question. She even responded quickly to a phone connection issue I had. I highly recommend HearUSA.
I have been a hearing aid user for about 43 years and a customer of Hear USA for about four years. I found the audiologist to be knowledgeable and personable, and planned to continue to see her but I have had some difficulties with my shoulder and have not been able to see her. Imagine my concern when I was told it costs $65 to replace the tubing in the aids! I do understand and she got me right it but considering I paid 0 last time
