Easy to get an appointment, and easy to find the business that I had never been to. Th Audiologist was kind and careful to cover all my questions. She even told me that the warrenty was soon (several months) was Lapsing and I could get new aides free
Everyone was so kind and patient. Every concern and question I had was answered. I was agitated and upset because I got lost trying to find the office. When I called they stayed on the phone and directed me to their office. I had not been driving much because of my hearing problem, but there was no one to take me to my appointment so I drove myself and was worried that I would not hear any sirens, horn blowing or other concerns. Every interaction with hear USA has made me happy to have caring, good people helping me to hear well, and to take care my questions and needs. Dr Jasmin is very sweet and super good at her job. She is a top notch communicator and. Thoughtfully and completely answered my questions. She installed pandora for me to enjoy music through my hearing aids when I’m on dog walks. Thank you to all staff and especially Dr Jasmin !
They worked with me to minimize my out of pocket costs which I really appreciated. I just got my hearing aids yesterday and they seem to work great so far. The audiologist went over in some detail how to operate the hearing aids and the associated smartphone app. We booked a follow up for me in a few of weeks and I'm thinking about additional questions for that session. All in all, I'm happy so far with everything related to their equipment and service.
Jasmine was very professional and knowledgeable. When I called her after my initial appointment she willingly answered all my questions. When I decided to change my order from the premium to the advanced hearing aids, she refunded the difference with no questions asked. I love my new hearing aids and would definitely recommend HearUSA to anyone considering a hearing test and hearing aids.
