One of my hearing aides was not working. I brought them in, and the receptionist was able to check them out and fix it. She was very friendly and efficient. She also balanced the aides so that I would hear my phone in both ears and not just one. Turns out the original problem was my own fault for not changing the filter. Highly recommend this company.
Extremely friendly staff, went out of their way to prepare us for our visit with the audiologist. The audiologist was friendly did a thorough determination of my hearing issues. I was fitted with the Horizon IX new hearing aids. I have only had them for two days but already the improvement in my hearing is astounding. These hearing aids are fantastic. Treated with kindness and Julie knew the answers to my question was able to fix my hearing aid immediately and teach me what to do to keep this from happening again she tested my charger. I just felt like this was a beautiful office visit, very thorough and very nice.
The doctor listen to what I said. He immediately figured out what was wrong with my ear. And told me I needed to go see an ear nose and throat doctor. And he did not charge me for the visit. Did not try to sell me anything knowingly that I needed to see a different doctor first. So very honest.
Jonathan has given me more info about my hearing aides than ive had in the last 4 -5 years with my first hVery good. This is my 2nd set of hearing aids from here - the others were OK, but I lost one & they were out of warranty (earing aides.3 years).
