Everyone was very professional and courteous. Jonathan was helpful in getting the most out of my new hearing aid. He replace the device that goes in the ear with the latest version to maximize my hearing kid's ability.

Starting at the front office (unfortunately I can't remember her name) to Jonathan the hearing specialist my experience was top notch. Both were very helpful, considerate, thorough and knowledgeable. I'm on my second set of hearing aids through this office and I have referred my sister who has also purchased aids from them. I highly recommend Hear USA.

HearUSA here in Lees Summit, MO was fantastic. Dr Brockman was thorough and explained everything in detail. I had already learned the pitfalls of buying the $99 hearing aids. The ones from Hear USA are incredible...clear sound, proper volume and comfortable. Thank you for a great product with great service!! Additionally, I had to have my left ear aid fixed 60 days after the purchase. Th receptionist patiently listened to my story and then fixed it in under 60 seconds (and showed me how to do it). Outstanding!!

Thanks so much! I was delighted to receive hearing instruments that are on the cutting edge of technology, and were about $3500 per pair less than another large hearing aid company. And these are exactly the same hearing aids! Thanks so very much!!

One of my hearing aides was not working. I brought them in, and the receptionist was able to check them out and fix it. She was very friendly and efficient. She also balanced the aides so that I would hear my phone in both ears and not just one. Turns out the original problem was my own fault for not changing the filter. Highly recommend this company.
