One of my hearing aides was not working. I brought them in, and the receptionist was able to check them out and fix it. She was very friendly and efficient. She also balanced the aides so that I would hear my phone in both ears and not just one. Turns out the original problem was my own fault for not changing the filter. Highly recommend this company.
Extremely friendly staff, went out of their way to prepare us for our visit with the audiologist. The audiologist was friendly did a thorough determination of my hearing issues. I was fitted with the Horizon IX new hearing aids. I have only had them for two days but already the improvement in my hearing is astounding. These hearing aids are fantastic. HearUSA is a clinic that I recommend for anyone that feels that they need hearing aids. This establishment was very polite and they helped me and gave me guidance to my hearing problem. I will be going back to this clinic if needed.
HearUSA here in Lees Summit, MO was fantastic. Dr Brockman was thorough and explained everything in detail. I had already learned the pitfalls of buying the $99 hearing aids. The ones from Hear USA are incredible...clear sound, proper volume and comfortable. Thank you for a great product with great service!!
A wonderful place for a hearing assessment and getting hearing aids. Staff is knowledgeable and caring. Hearing aids are top notch! Finance plans available.
