Getting phone app set up for hearing aids and staff is pleasant and professional. Johnathan (heading test dr) is very helpful, patient and makes sure you really do understand 100% Hear USA Lee's Summit is by far the best place
Easy In-Home audiology testing over the internet. The audiologist, Jonathan B, answered all my questions and was very helpful in starting the programming process based upon my hearing results. Pre-workup, and follow-up calls by Hannah S was friendly and very concise. Was fitted with my hearing aides and it took only an hour. Didn't even have to leave the house! When I did go outside of the house with my hearing aides, I was amazed at how much of nature's sound I was missing. Good job team!
We love hear USA! They are polite, helpful, clean my hearing aids, etc. Jonathan is great and the new front desk gal, Sydney is very nice and helpful. Love my hearing aids!
No wait. Hearing test went by quickly. Jonathon was very good and explained each part of the test as it happened. I would recommend him and will be back next year for the annual exam.
Just had my first year hearing aid cleaning and Hearing tuneup, Dr. Brockman did an excellent job and I am hearing better. I am pleased with the hearing aids. John.
