My experience with your USA and the staff were amazing. They took care of my needs as far as my hearing aid that I had purchased cleaned Them and made them more comfortable fitting in my ear. I would recommend HearUSA to anyone very professional very kind and very knowledgeable.
Service was exceptional and my problem resolved. Was give needed info about the reopening of the Independence location which is the one I purchased my devices from. However its been closed for a couple years and support was only available 10 to 12 miles. This was great news! The service in Lee's Summit was friendly and accomodating!
Jonathan was great, he explained My hearing range and let me try out demo hearing aid, the true hearing premium, it was fantastic. I was quite surprised that he could actually give me a hearing aid that I could test right there on spot, hearing aid was program for my exact hearing.
Dr. Jonathan was great and kind to me. His bad side manner was excellent love to go back to him and refer to family members 😊
Great help and I left feeling comfortable about proper use of the hearing aids. Went back to get a minor adjustment. Everything was handled quickly. Great job.
