This was a follow-up visit after more than a years’ use. I was having trouble hearing my spouse. He cleaned my hearing aides, installed new wax filters and ear pieces and increased the sound level. Much improved, quick and no charge. Very pleased.
Just had my first year hearing aid cleaning and Hearing tuneup, Dr. Brockman did an excellent job and I am hearing better. I am pleased with the hearing aids. John.
They have ordered my 3rd replacement hearing aid and haven’t gotten the right color ordered for me yet. It is a 100 mile round trip for me to come get them. The doctor is great, but front desk leaves a little to be desired.
The initial audio gram testing was conducted easily and swiftly followed by fitting and phone connecting. Plenty of time for questions. Jonathon (audiologist) was always helpful
Stopped by to Pick up more extra supplies for the hearing aids Was waited on quickly in and out in less than 10 minutes
