The staff in the store are courteous. However my hearing aid had to be returned to the company for service and it took almost 2 weeks to get it back. In addition I had to call a number of times to get the status of the repair and I didn’t get a call back when I left messages. My contact includes a loaner device however the store claimed that no loaner device is ever available. I suggest removing the language regarding loaners if it is not normally available.
Joe Diefenbacher at River Edge (Hear USA/TruHearing) is the most competent, experienced, and attentive audiologist I have ever been to, and that's after dealing with bad hearing issues for 20 years, with many other audiologists. He is without doubt the best.
I highly recommend Hear USA in River Edge NJ. You get fantastic service which is always given in a friendly and knowledgeable manner! Joe and Jennie are the best!

I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Joe. He was incredibly efficient and attentive, showing genuine respect and addressing my hearing problems with care. Notably, I had an urgent need for a hearing aid before Friday, and Joe went above and beyond by ordering it immediately and ensuring we were accommodated despite the short notice. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone facing hearing difficulties.
