I went to Hear USA because my Medicare advantage plan listed them as a preferred provider and I thought I would get a better out of pocket cost. That was not the case. There is no insurance reimbursement only a 'price sheet' that offered a discounted price. As I found out later, this discounted price is exactly the same as Costco's price- which is where I ended up after essentially wasting $800+ at Hear USA. I had a very poor experience with Hear USA.
