Dr. Linda Whipple was professional, attentive, and serious about helping Aunt Bev (88 years old) get much better care for her ears. Pat, Dr. Linda's front desk receptionist was super helpful dealing with the insurance company. Pat also has a terrific sense of humor! We all liked them both very much.
Very professional and thorough. Explained my hearing loss and options for what to do about it very well and in a very understandable way making the decision about which hearing aids to purchase an easy decision. I highly recommend HearUSA!

It was easy to get an appointment. The hearing specialist answered all my questions. I was able to try on different styles of hearing aides. This really made it easier to choose a model. The specialist was helpful on what type of hearing aide best fit my situation. She provided education on how the hearing aides work.She was patient with all my questions. I felt heard and left feeling I made a good choice.
