Very professional. Flexible in allowing me trial period with two levels of hearing aids, so I could determine which aid helped me the most. Very Available for additional adjustments after purchase.
I went to Hear USA at Morristown, NJ for hearing test. The staff was knowledgeable. Jamie Bonat exam me and explained details regarding my hearing test result. She also gave me information regarding hearing aid device. Still, I don't have hearing device. Most important is quick appointment, no need to waiting long time like other office. I recommend the Morristown office.
My appointment was with Jamie and started precisely at the scheduled time. She was a true professional and was genuinely interested in my issues today. I have phonak hearing aides and have been unable to use them for a few weeks due to static in left unit. Jamie explained everything as she diagnosed my problem and took her time to listen to me as well as examine and testing both units. Jamie was very thorough and answered all of my questions. She made me feel comfortable and ensured that my understanding about the function of my hearing aids was accurate.
Enjoyed meeting Jamie. She gave me a great checkup and tune up of my hearing aids. Looking forward to seeing the new shop they are moving to this weekend! Good luck with the move.
