I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Jamie Bonat. She was incredibly kind and patient with me. Since English is not my first language, she spoke slowly and clearly to make sure I understood everything, which meant a lot to me. She even called the clinic to check if they accepted my insurance and helped me through the process. I truly felt supported and cared for during my visit. I highly recommend Dr. Jamie Bonat — she is amazing!

Very professional. Flexible in allowing me trial period with two levels of hearing aids, so I could determine which aid helped me the most. Very Available for additional adjustments after purchase.
Jamie was very thorough and answered all of my questions. She made me feel comfortable and ensured that my understanding about the function of my hearing aids was accurate.
Had an issue with the hearing aid tip becoming lodged in my ear twice. No issue with the hearing aids whatsoever. The audiologist, Jamie, took her time to offer suggestions, which I am definitely following. I highly recommend this Hear USA location, as well as the Sigma brand of hearing aids.
