Every time I have come to your office and visit with the health care provider I have been extremely happy with the service you provide. I have always been met so wonderful from the front desk, phone calls and the hearing aid providers.. you are very blessed to have such great staff. Customer care is hard to come by these days but your staff. Makes it a joy to visit. Thank you my dear ladies. All of you.
Had an issue with a hearing aid which was caused by my neglect. Jamie was very professional, and fixed the problem skillfully. Thanks also to Debbie for granting an emergency appt within an hour of my calling. I highly recommend this Hear USA location!!
Dr. Lancaster extended very helpful information. She was patient, thorough and very clear on the choices that were before me. Also, the opening welcome of the receptionist was uplifting and professional.
When you walk in the office you’re greeted with a friendly smile and ask how are you doing today. Dr Lancaster is the best ever you can go to and she really cares about her patients and takes the time to listen and to help her patients get the right hearing device for them to help them to hear better as much as possible!’m very grateful for her ability to help me hear as much as I can now thank you so very much DrLancaster, I appreciate you so very much!!
this is a very good company the audiologist is wonderful she's patient she's lets you know everything in great detail she's patient and she works with you and explains everything you leave feeling confident. be prepared for the receptionist on the other hand she's nasty and snotty and could use another course in customer service
