I went to Hear USA at Morristown, NJ for hearing test. The staff was knowledgeable. Jamie Bonat exam me and explained details regarding my hearing test result. She also gave me information regarding hearing aid device. Still, I don't have hearing device. Most important is quick appointment, no need to waiting long time like other office. I recommend the Morristown office.
My appointment was with Jamie and started precisely at the scheduled time. She was a true professional and was genuinely interested in my issues today. I have phonak hearing aides and have been unable to use them for a few weeks due to static in left unit. Jamie explained everything as she diagnosed my problem and took her time to listen to me as well as examine and testing both units. I had a great experience with hearing YSA in Moorestown ,very professional staff ,audiologists listened and ask if I had any questions explain the entire process and took her time to find the best and also cost less hearing devices.
Had an issue with a hearing aid which was caused by my neglect. Jamie was very professional, and fixed the problem skillfully. Thanks also to Debbie for granting an emergency appt within an hour of my calling. I highly recommend this Hear USA location!!
