I was very impressed by Rosa who fitted my hearing aids. She explained every step and answered questions clearly! I could not have asked for a better experience with my first hearing aids. I recommend her wholeheartedly! I am also pleased with the small size of the hearing aids and i love that I can control the settings with the app!
HearUSA is a Wonderful Company and offers sophisticated testing technology and techniques provided by excellent professionals like the Cherry Hill office, with Ms Rosa Ahn. Their receptionist, Renee, was excellent.
I've been to this location twice and been very happy both times with two different clinicians. The front desk is extremely friendly and welcoming.Overall I feel that I was listened to, and my comments were appreciated.
Rosa Ahn hearing aid specialist was very efficient in analyzing my hearing loss and completing the hearing test.. She answered all my questions. She and Renee her assistant are very accommodating.
What a wonderful group of ladies. The audiologist was very helpful in getting my husband back up and running with new hearing aids. The best lady in the office was the one who came to our aid when me and my husband were left at the office by medical transport. 3 hours later after many phone calls by both myself and the front desk lady, they finally came back to grab us. I will give this office 10 stars if I could. This is a godsend for us. Thank you for everything you ladies do...
