My experience was great, I had Rosa the audiologist perform my hearing exam and fit me for new hearing aids, she is knowledgeable and professional, Rosa answered all my questions and concerns upfront. I walked in really disappointed from my previous hearing center experience and she atomically took charge, was honest, to the point and sympathetic. Rosa Ahn & Renee are the best in business expertise and are always making sure the customer is satisfied. They are very pleasant and always have a smile, every time I walk in. Their total service is something I don’t encounter very often anywhere anymore. People these days are very mean as well as arrogant why, I have no idea, and probably continue such bad behavior. I took my husband to HearUSA who has no hearing in the left ear and low hearing in the right. I was so glad that they were able to help us with hearing aids, my husband can't wait to get them. Everyone in the office is very pleasant and knowledgeable, I highly recommend them to everyone who has any hearing issues.
The people at Hear USA treat my 93 year old mother with respect and caring. Due to her age we have had to cancel numerous times yet they remain helpful and positive, not to mention the fact that they are skilled technicians. I highly recommend Hear USA!
