The staff was extremely nice and very thorough. I took my grandmother here and she loved it. I would highly recommend. Only down fall is this location in sun valley isn't open on weekends and makes it a bit challenging to see them during the week.
Making an appointment with HearUSA is not a hassle for me. It is a delight because I know Nina will take care of and solve my problem and I wasn't disappointed. Nina is very competent and tells me what the problem was and how she solved it.
Really enjoyed my experience at HearUSA in Sun Valley. Nina was not only skilled with her knowledge and experience, but also a very kind and compassionate soul who worked to try and find solutions for my particular hearing needs. Thank you!
I had scheduled an appointment for 12.30 pm on February 27.2026. I went to the office 10 minutes earlier. Much to my surprise the office was closed. The work hours schedule did not show any lunch break, but there was an indication that they would return at 1.00 pm. I waited and at 1.00 pm a lady, who was the technician showed up.
