I had scheduled an appointment for 12.30 pm on February 27.2026. I went to the office 10 minutes earlier. Much to my surprise the office was closed. The work hours schedule did not show any lunch break, but there was an indication that they would return at 1.00 pm. I waited and at 1.00 pm a lady, who was the technician showed up. Nina Martinez and Diana are delightful customer representatives, and I am, thus far, satisfied with my new hearing aids, although I haven't had much chance to "play" with the Bluetooth options yet.

Nina Martinez is very kind and professional. It is always a pleasant experience when I bring in my elderly father to have his hearing/hearing aid checked.
