I was able to book a same-day appointment for my husband at the Sun Valley office. When we arrived, we were greeted warmly and soon after, met audiologist, Nina. Nina is AMAZING. She is knowledgeable, kind and thoughtful. She takes time to listen and understand your concerns and challenges and then offers solutions and tips for a better experience with your hearing aids. Hear USA will not provide the silicone domes or wax filters you need to keep your hearing aids working. They require you to make an appointment to change them which takes anyone less than a minute to do. I get wax in mine between 1-3 uses and unless I have new silicone domes and wax filters to change out on the spot my hearing aids shut down or it becomes hard to hear. I accompanied my father to the testing visit. We had amazing help from Priscilla with getting all the paper work and details of his coverage. Nina Martinez LHAD was so patient and took good care of my father and explaining all the hearing reports and what was the best product for him. This location is definitely a place where they take good care of their patients.

I was happy with the total experience here. The receptionist was very helpful and pleasant. The provider, Nina Martinez, was very knowledgeable and actually cheerful. She explained the app and some issues I might experience and how to correct them in the app the hearing aids use. It all made for a good experience.
