Nina was awesome. She was very understanding of my father's needs and very helpful in explaining the products available. She went above and beyond what was expected, keep up the great work. Greatly appreciated.
Nina Martinez and Diana are delightful customer representatives, and I am, thus far, satisfied with my new hearing aids, although I haven't had much chance to "play" with the Bluetooth options yet.
