I dont understand how this place works. I hate coming here. There is never anyone at the front desk, and people pile up in the waiting room. There isnt any check - in organization, so whoever jumps up first gets first service. The first time we had an appt, but waited over 30 minutes, with people from the back wandering up and not even saying hello, then someone came up just started taking whoever. Frustrating. The staff was extremely nice and very thorough. I took my grandmother here and she loved it. I would highly recommend. Only down fall is this location in sun valley isn't open on weekends and makes it a bit challenging to see them during the week.

Really enjoyed my experience at HearUSA in Sun Valley. Nina was not only skilled with her knowledge and experience, but also a very kind and compassionate soul who worked to try and find solutions for my particular hearing needs. Thank you!

once your in the store everything goes ok but when you try to call them they only answer there phone like 1or 2 times out of 10 phone calls and even if you leave a message they either get back to you a day later or not at all. also the hearing aids them self are not so good im waiting to get my 3rd pair since i got the originals. and speaking of the phone calls ive called them 3 times in the last 2 days and left 3 messages and still no response

Making an appointment with HearUSA is not a hassle for me. It is a delight because I know Nina will take care of and solve my problem and I wasn't disappointed. Nina is very competent and tells me what the problem was and how she solved it.
