Nina Martinez and Diana are delightful customer representatives, and I am, thus far, satisfied with my new hearing aids, although I haven't had much chance to "play" with the Bluetooth options yet.

Nina Martinez is very kind and professional. It is always a pleasant experience when I bring in my elderly father to have his hearing/hearing aid checked.
I was/am uncomfortable with all the paperwork questions required. It is not necessary for Hear USA to have such personal information! However my experience with Nina Martinez made up for my discomfort. She was not pushy , she was easy going and extremely helpful and proficient in helping me get used to my need for a hearing device.
