This place is great! I was warmly welcomed and made to feel comfortable through each step in the process. I was going out of town a few days after my initial examination and they were able to order, receive, charge and program my hearing aids a day early for me. They did a great job explaining everything and my few questions received thorough answers. There was no up-selling of services or products and I feel I got good value for my money. This is Hear USA OFFICE IS REALLY bad , they don’t answer your call and they return your call at this officer. I tested when I was done with my appointment, I stepped out side the office and made a phone call to see if the receptionist answered my call !!! No she did not pick up the my call , she was sitting right near the phone… WTF!!!
