The entire staff was dedicated to doing their best to understand and try to resolve my issues. The audiologist was knowledgeable and recommended options that were possible for me under my current limitations. This audiologist was much more concerned about solving my problem than the male audiologist who worked at the same location the last time I went in for a hearing test. All he wanted to do was sell me hearing aids. I am not sure he even gave me a hearing test. I highly recommend this location/team to everyone!
Although the Hear USA hearing aids are rather expensive, their staff and servicing of my hearing aids is excellent. Always courteous and always taking all the time needed to explain new technology to aging customers—both myself and others!
