Amanda was great. Answered all questions that I had regarding my new Signio hearing aids. Highly recommend this office due to the customer service received in my past several appts.
My new hearing aids are the very best I ever had. Since I am not very technical the Audiologist set me up on my cellphone connected to adjust the hearing aids. It gives me many options, I am thrilled. With these new hearing aids, I can even listen all clearly without headphones as before from a different company. There was an older movie running on TV, I could not understand all as with my old pair. I adjusted the balance with my HEAR USA new pair, and problem SOLVED instantly! I LOVE MY NEW HEARING AIDS FROM HEAR USA!!!
I've been going to HearUSA for over ten years and The Oceanside branch has always given me the best service during the replacements of my last three hearing aides. They provide very professional and caring treatment during the process. The reception staff and the audiologist work very well together and get the job done!
