The entire staff was dedicated to doing their best to understand and try to resolve my issues. The audiologist was knowledgeable and recommended options that were possible for me under my current limitations. This audiologist was much more concerned about solving my problem than the male audiologist who worked at the same location the last time I went in for a hearing test. All he wanted to do was sell me hearing aids. I am not sure he even gave me a hearing test. I highly recommend this location/team to everyone!

My new hearing aids are the very best I ever had. Since I am not very technical the Audiologist set me up on my cellphone connected to adjust the hearing aids. It gives me many options, I am thrilled. With these new hearing aids, I can even listen all clearly without headphones as before from a different company. There was an older movie running on TV, I could not understand all as with my old pair. I adjusted the balance with my HEAR USA new pair, and problem SOLVED instantly! I LOVE MY NEW HEARING AIDS FROM HEAR USA!!!
