Very thorough testing of overall hearing. Test results discussed in an understandable manner. There was no pressure to invest in a hearing aide. A comparison with and without helps you decide whether or not you want to invest in a hearing aide. The different pricing on each level of the different aides were discussed.
I appreciated that Stephanie was able to see me on short notice yesterday, June 5, as I was passing-thru Thousand Oaks/Westlake Village, CA. She corrected my primary complaint & also took care of a couple of other problems so I can hear much better! My only complaint is the timid, VERY soft spoken young lady at the reception desk. Took my 99 year old mother for a hearing test. She preciously lived alone and did not think she needed hearing aids. We knew differently, but she was adamant. She recently fell and is recovering. Interacting with nurses, doctors and caregivers she now realizes she cannot hear so well. Well, I did not want to go. But my wife and daughter kept complaining about my hearing. I thought they were gaslighting me. But I went. I met with, and was tested by, Audiologist Stephanie Mackey. She was great. Even as she delivered the bad news that my wife and daughter were correct. I had some hearing loss. I'm in the process of trying a 60-day trial of hearing aids, and darn it, I can hear better. It was a very painless, friendly experience. Again, I felt in good hands with Stephanie.
Perfect. The worker, Jami Noxon, is extremely nice and very competent. She solved my problem with my old HearUSA hearing aid but I decided to also purchase a new one. You are fortunate to have her on your staff. Ethan Aronoff
