Jami was very caring, and gave me lots of things to think about. Also appreciated the fact that I was able to experience wearing a set of hearing aids. And not pushed into buying them at this time. She made me feel much better about needing them.

I thought something was broken causing one hearing aid to not hold the charge. It was right before vacation and I was panicking. I called for an appointment and was told to come in an hour later to be helped. And help they did. The receptionist was polite and professional. She brought it back to the tech who fixed a minor issue by replacing something on the spot and I was able to go away happy and relieved that everything was fine. My experience with HearUSA was amazing. The hearing test was one of the most thorough tests I’ve ever done. The hearing specialist then took the time to explain in easy to understand language what I needed. She then brought me a pair of hearing aids to try on. They were comfortable and they helped my hearing immediately. Thank you!!!

My follow up visit was very helpful. We reviewed the AP and discussed my hearing. I received a larger ear piece which seems to work better.

Hear USA did a great job finding some new hearing aids for me. Jami helped me, she was very nice and patient. The first pair didn't work for me so she helped me pick out the perfect ones for me. I would recommend Hear USA and Jami.
