I thought something was broken causing one hearing aid to not hold the charge. It was right before vacation and I was panicking. I called for an appointment and was told to come in an hour later to be helped. And help they did. The receptionist was polite and professional. She brought it back to the tech who fixed a minor issue by replacing something on the spot and I was able to go away happy and relieved that everything was fine. My experience with HearUSA was amazing. The hearing test was one of the most thorough tests I’ve ever done. The hearing specialist then took the time to explain in easy to understand language what I needed. She then brought me a pair of hearing aids to try on. They were comfortable and they helped my hearing immediately. Thank you!!!
One of my step dad's hearing aids stopped working. They weren't that old. I walked in expecting to just drop them off and pick up another day so that I don't interrupt appointments but they were able to make a quick 5 minute assessment on what was wrong and 10-15 minutes later I was out the door.
Stephanie was thorough as she explained each step of the test as well as reviewing the results. I had been there with my father a couple years ago and we had the same service.
My follow up visit was very helpful. We reviewed the AP and discussed my hearing. I received a larger ear piece which seems to work better.
