Jami was very caring, and gave me lots of things to think about. Also appreciated the fact that I was able to experience wearing a set of hearing aids. And not pushed into buying them at this time. She made me feel much better about needing them.

I thought something was broken causing one hearing aid to not hold the charge. It was right before vacation and I was panicking. I called for an appointment and was told to come in an hour later to be helped. And help they did. The receptionist was polite and professional. She brought it back to the tech who fixed a minor issue by replacing something on the spot and I was able to go away happy and relieved that everything was fine. My follow up visit was very helpful. We reviewed the AP and discussed my hearing. I received a larger ear piece which seems to work better.

As always the staff at Hear America was incredibly professional, efficient, and polite. Jami fixed my hear aid problem in minutes and they are working g as good as the day I bought them. She is truly an asset to your company.
