I appreciated that Stephanie was able to see me on short notice yesterday, June 5, as I was passing-thru Thousand Oaks/Westlake Village, CA. She corrected my primary complaint & also took care of a couple of other problems so I can hear much better! My only complaint is the timid, VERY soft spoken young lady at the reception desk. Dr Stephanie helped me remove a tiny piece of cotton lodged deep into my ear canal. Also, closed off vent openings in my earmold to improve needed sound quality. Thank you!!
Well, I did not want to go. But my wife and daughter kept complaining about my hearing. I thought they were gaslighting me. But I went. I met with, and was tested by, Audiologist Stephanie Mackey. She was great. Even as she delivered the bad news that my wife and daughter were correct. I had some hearing loss. I'm in the process of trying a 60-day trial of hearing aids, and darn it, I can hear better. It was a very painless, friendly experience. Again, I felt in good hands with Stephanie.
