Very knowledgeable. I needed CROSS hearing aids and they were very comfortable with explaining how they worked in simple details. From the moment I put them in they were very comfortable. The whole experience was amazing.
Kelly Scoggins is great. She's very responsive, knows her stuff, has always gone above and beyond for me. 10/10.
All was good except the sales pitch between eight and $10,000 is really excessive good quality hearing aids can be had for less than $3000 so that was a game changer
