I found Hearing USA in La Jolla to be an excellent place to get hearing aids. Kelly, the hearing aid specialist who manages that venue, is terrific. She made it very easy to find the best aids for me (I tried two different brands) and she dealt with my insurance that covered part of the cost. She happily saw me as many times as I needed in the 2 month trial period. She is understanding and very easy to work with. I strongly recommend this Hear USA on Herschel Street in La Jolla for anyone considering hearing aids.
Kelly was very professional and competent. Her explanations and information were very clear. She was pleasant to deal with and answered all my questions. Also she represented the company in a way that helped to trust it.
I was lucky to get an appointment to have my hearing aid charger checked at very short notice at the La Jolla office (where I live). Kelly adjusted it and answered all my questions, for which I was very grateful. No more red blinking of the charger!
I was able to get an appointment quickly. The audiologist worked hard to address the problem but concluded a replacement of my warranteed hearing aids was needed. It will be 2 weeks until the new ones arrived.
Kelly Scoggins was very professional and friendly. My hearing aids are working perfectly.
