Ms. Scoggins was great. She fit me with new aids and ensured they were working and that the app was installed and functioning.
Very knowledgeable. I needed CROSS hearing aids and they were very comfortable with explaining how they worked in simple details. From the moment I put them in they were very comfortable. The whole experience was amazing.

All was good except the sales pitch between eight and $10,000 is really excessive good quality hearing aids can be had for less than $3000 so that was a game changer
