Service has always been fine. Appears to be a bit of confusion re when or if appts are needed for cleaning. Front desk people are always helpful and pleasant. New technician at Chino Hills. Haven't met her as yet. So no comment there.

I brought my mom here and was so impressed with their care. Even with my initial phone call, the receptionist was so helpful. I had brought my mom to another location in West Covina and did not have a great experience with the provider there, and a friend recommended this location reporting she had a great experience with them. With our provider Charie it was a completely different experience than we had at the other office. Another pleasant visit to HearUSA Chino Hills. Evaluation, assessment and hearing aid fitting was professional and friendly. I was more than satisfied with the service I received. My new hearing aids are working well.

I have been wearing hearing aids for 2 yrs. Hear USA has always been available for adjustments and repairs. They take walk-ins and service a client quickly even though my hearing aids were originally fitted at another Hear USA facility.
