I brought my mom here and was so impressed with their care. Even with my initial phone call, the receptionist was so helpful. I had brought my mom to another location in West Covina and did not have a great experience with the provider there, and a friend recommended this location reporting she had a great experience with them. I have been wearing hearing aids for 2 yrs. Hear USA has always been available for adjustments and repairs. They take walk-ins and service a client quickly even though my hearing aids were originally fitted at another Hear USA facility.
