Prices seemed very high. Office staff was very professional. Upon leaving I felt like I was purchasing an automobile.Was shown the highest price aids when I stated on their form that price was a concern. Went to Costco and purchased their top of the line aids for 57percent less. Sounded better and they offer a 6 month refund trial period.
I had a great experience at HearUSA in Chino, CA. The staff was friendly, the appointment was easy to book, and the location was easy to find. The fitting process was seamless, and everything was explained clearly throughout the visit. Charie was especially wonderful. She is very friendly, knowledgeable, and knows how to make her clients feel comfortable. I appreciated how smooth and supportive the entire experience felt. I would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone looking for hearing services.
Charie Mae of HearUSA was a very good patient care provider. She answered and explained all of my questions to ensure my availing my very first ever and so far the very best hearing aid! I'm sure excited to see the new device and be thrilled to hear my surroundings with crisp and clear audio! Time flies so quickly I have gotten my hearing aids after a clear and concise understanding on how my new devices works. And indeed it have my clear audio to my hearing. Thank you Charrie for your professionalism for my hearing aid.
Service has always been fine. Appears to be a bit of confusion re when or if appts are needed for cleaning. Front desk people are always helpful and pleasant. New technician at Chino Hills. Haven't met her as yet. So no comment there.
Very courteous from the front desk to the back office , no waiting was really quick very informative by the team. I previously had a later date appointment but had to cancel due to an issue at home, and I was accommodated on the same day which was very nice.
