Once again the entire staff proved to be very helpful and they seem genuinely concerned that my hearing aids functioned properly. They have not hesitated to help me when I dropped in without an appointment for a quick maintenance issue.
I was pleased and very satisified with the service I received from Cindy this last Friday. I came in close to closing time but she took me in anyway. She was polite and professional and addressed all the problems with my hearing aid. Thank You as I really depend on my hearing aids.

Then a week before the appointment I get an email, a reminder text, a second reminder text, a phone call and then another text the day of the ... read more
