I loved the staff who helped me and the service was impeccable. Was able to get mom’s hearing aids back in a few minutes, they were cleaned and repaired right on the premises. I’ve been there before and every time I got the help I needed with no hassles or delays and I highly recommend them! Thank you so much!!

I wanted to make sure my hearing aids were properly functioning before I went on a cruise. They took me right away, gave me new tips/domes and cleaned everything. They also explained what they had done and why. Great experience

I had a great experience. The office was very professional. I did have to wait. The audiologist was extremely nice and understanding. She explained everything to me simple so I could understand. I’m very happy with my new hearing aids!

Very efficient at sales. They call you constantly to close the deal. Products are also very good. However if you need anything AFTER your purchase, good luck. Impossible to get a human when you call, you have to leave a voice mail or send an email and the response time was about a week. I simply needed to replace a lost hearing aid, so after that week it took two weeks by the time it arrived and I had to drive to the local dealer to get it set up. So, 3 weeks without full hearing. This hearing aid works. I have audio processing hearing disorder and these really help. My first pair of hearing aids sucked but these are great. I think it's the double chip that makes this a better hearing device. Plus the different setting helps a lot too. When watching TV I use the TV mode, they also have different settings for different environments which really help when in public settings. They are worth the money for sure!
