I walked into their office without appointment and the lady accommodated my request to check on my hearing aids not connected to Bluetooth after changing my phone. In just a few minutes she was able to activate my phone to my hearing aids. She was very helpful and accommodating. Thanks for a wonderful customer service.
My husband had the hearing aids just a few months and he noticed one of the was not holding its charge. I phoned the HearUSA near us and the nice receptionist said to bring the in along with the charger. The technician checked them immediately said one of the aids had to be sent to the manufacturer for a new battery. She said it would take 7-10 days to get it back and they would call me. I felt very satisfied with the quick, professional service.
My dad's hearing aids weren't charging I didn't know if it was the charger or hearing aids, the same day I called, I went in and they loaned me a charger, so simply done without fuss, thank you!
Peter Vidal was very caring and helpful. He provided excellent quality service, explaining my hearing issues and hearing aids simply and clearly. The whole staff was kind and attentive. I highly recommend this office.
This office is the friendliest, most welcoming, and empathetic to your needs. First of all, they smile when you walk through the door and make you feel like they are genuinely happy to see you. (Unlike other locations). They helped me with my mother’s hearing aids yesterday. The doctor and the staff were friendly and informative. I highly recommend this office for all your hearing aid needs.
