The staff at HearUSA are always so helpful. As a long time customer (15+years) I have never had a bad experience. I went in yesterday because I was not getting any sound from my left hearing aid. In less than 30 minutes my aids were cleaned and working again. They’re the best!!

HearUsa provided great, friendly service to my dad who suffers from dementia. They were able to help get the best hearing aids that fit his hearing needs. So far the Granada Hills office has been great. Twice I had to take the hearing aids in within 6 months apart to have the microphone and earpiece cleaned as it wasn’t charging correctly. They cleaned them up and they work perfectly
