Peter Vidal and his staff were completely professional and provided friendly reassuring information about the hearing aid choices available. There was no product upgrade pressure. Peter allowed plenty of time for hearing examination , comfortable fitting and conversation to try out any needed adjustments. A very satisfactory experience.
Went in because my hearing aids stopped working both of them. There was no problem they said they would send them for repair and I would get them back shortly. That's how easy it was. I just hope it is all true I'll know when I get them back.
