Laura and Evelyn are conscientious, patient, and thoughtful individuals who will stop at nothing to help you get the best hearing aids possible. They will work with you and your insurance, and their company to get complete coverage for your hearing aids. They did that for me so that I did not have any out of pocket expenses. Thanks. Very good service. The Hearing Instrument Specialist (HIS), Eve, is great at her job and very helpful. Her assistant, Laura, is super sweet and helpful too. I am happy this office is close by. Would recommend!
Hear USA in Escondido is wonderful. Laura who greeted me when I arrived was so warm and friendly and ready to help right away. I was having problems with one of my hearing aids not working and she knew what to try right away. She got them fixed and looked up my account to advise when the warranty ran out and gave me so much good information. Great location and customer service! Give Laura an 11! Keep her :)

Laura is great at the front office. Got me in right away to see Evelyn. Evelyn solved my problem with the earring aids, as the fit was a little loose. She replaced the ear cups and scheduled a follow-up appointment. The was at the Escondido CA office.
