Hear USA in Escondido is wonderful. Laura who greeted me when I arrived was so warm and friendly and ready to help right away. I was having problems with one of my hearing aids not working and she knew what to try right away. She got them fixed and looked up my account to advise when the warranty ran out and gave me so much good information. Great location and customer service! Give Laura an 11! Keep her :)
Great people. Love my hearing aids. Customer service was excellent . Helped me change my filters and ear domes. No charge so helpful. Would recommend
HearUSA gave prompt service, was able to explain what to do and helped manage learning to use hearing aides. also a follow up appointment. I highly recommend going to them.
My husband Roy Mays saw Eve because his left hearing aid was not working. Eve was able to replace the hearing aid and set and pair everything with his iPhone so that it is now usable. Everyone is very professional and very knowledgeable about their hearing aids. Highly recommend them.
