I very highly recommend Hear USA on El Norte in Escondido. The staff is wonderful. They are so accommodating. I received excellent care, a very, very comprehensive hearing test, and a new prescription. My hearing aids are working so much better than before. What a gift to be able to hear and converse with others!
They did a very good job of making sure everything fit and made sure I know how to use them to get the best results. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Overall very happy.
Laura and Evelyn are conscientious, patient, and thoughtful individuals who will stop at nothing to help you get the best hearing aids possible. They will work with you and your insurance, and their company to get complete coverage for your hearing aids. They did that for me so that I did not have any out of pocket expenses. Thanks. Very good service. The Hearing Instrument Specialist (HIS), Eve, is great at her job and very helpful. Her assistant, Laura, is super sweet and helpful too. I am happy this office is close by. Would recommend!
