Great people. Love my hearing aids. Customer service was excellent . Helped me change my filters and ear domes. No charge so helpful. Would recommend
My husband Roy Mays saw Eve because his left hearing aid was not working. Eve was able to replace the hearing aid and set and pair everything with his iPhone so that it is now usable. Everyone is very professional and very knowledgeable about their hearing aids. Highly recommend them.
Evelyn is absolutely amazing as a hearing aid specialist. She is the best I’ve seen my mom appreciates her so much thank you so much Susan Maxwell and her daughter-in-law Tracey.
The Escondido location is very good. All of Southern California stores I have visited have been okay, but this one has met my needs in a friendly knowledgeable way. I have already recommended this store to friends.
Laura is always very helpful and works very hard to accommodate one’s needs, she could not be more supportive, really appreciate her professionalism.
