Dr. Francisco at HearUSA is a very nice polite young man. He came out and introduced himself to me. He said if i have any problems to let him know when i come in for my checkup. I went to have my first check up on my hearing aids. I told him I was still having problems hearing. I was happy that he was able to adjust my hearing aids. No problems anymore. You can’t even see the hearing aid in my picture Everything is good now. Thank you again Dr. Francisco.

Special thanks to Francisco and the staff. First time ever having hearing aids and the entire process from choosing the model to follow up adjustments, Francisco has been very patient and helpful. Staff is always friendly and helpful as well. 10/10

This was my first visit to HearUSA in Victorville. I felt welcomed and treated with respect. The results of my test were explained clearly along with my options. There was a good selection of hearing aides and each were easy to use. I was encouraged to call if I had any issues or needed help with the use of them. I felt like I was their priority during my visit.
