Dr. Francisco at HearUSA is a very nice polite young man. He came out and introduced himself to me. He said if i have any problems to let him know when i come in for my checkup. I went to have my first check up on my hearing aids. I told him I was still having problems hearing. I was happy that he was able to adjust my hearing aids. No problems anymore. You can’t even see the hearing aid in my picture Everything is good now. Thank you again Dr. Francisco.
I went in for a check up, and had my hearing aids adjusted and updated. It’s my first time working with.Kellie She’s real professional, and did a great job, adjusting my hearing aids
Went to get my aids fully cleaned and the front desk lady Beverly was so professional, patience and very kind.
Special thanks to Francisco and the staff. First time ever having hearing aids and the entire process from choosing the model to follow up adjustments, Francisco has been very patient and helpful. Staff is always friendly and helpful as well. 10/10
Not satisfied at this point I kinda see what's now going on so I'll see what the outcome will be .. probably as I expected ..... Well the hear aids got are suppose to support Bluetooth phone calls as long as I replace my phone which I did now they phone doesn't support these hearing aids what a bunch of BS ... Then I'm told I can switch out my aids .... But of course with a high cost .... Then I'm told some other BS ... Well it basically come down to the typical scam stalling .... Nothing new... Completely and absolutely... read more
