Dr. Francisco at HearUSA is a very nice polite young man. He came out and introduced himself to me. He said if i have any problems to let him know when i come in for my checkup. I went to have my first check up on my hearing aids. I told him I was still having problems hearing. I was happy that he was able to adjust my hearing aids. No problems anymore. You can’t even see the hearing aid in my picture Everything is good now. Thank you again Dr. Francisco.

Special thanks to Francisco and the staff. First time ever having hearing aids and the entire process from choosing the model to follow up adjustments, Francisco has been very patient and helpful. Staff is always friendly and helpful as well. 10/10

Very polite and generous. I watched the receptionist help an eldery man who didn't get his hearing aids from HEAR USA. They were plugged up and she cleaned them for him for free. They are very kind people. Thank You
