I was very appreciative of meeting with Francisco Santana at the Victorville HearUSA location for a hearing test yesterday. I knew I needed hearing aids and Francisco was knowledgeable and helpful in answering my many questions. Before ordering, he explained everything clearly in a personable way. Very smooth first meeting. Discussed the details, options and costs of the various available hearing aid solutions. I feel like we arrived at the right choice. We’ll see for sure later this week.

The staff that assisted me in obtaining my hearing aid was excellent. Everyone wants to be at ease when getting heading aids and the professionalism displayed by them really showed me the strength that your company and this office showed me and I am sure this customer service is shown to others. I went to the Hear USA in Victorville. Francisco was very helpful and very considerate of my hearing. I purchased the Cigna pair for BTE. Was a little pricey but your hearing is so much part of our daily life.

Dr. Francisco at HearUSA is a very nice polite young man. He came out and introduced himself to me. He said if i have any problems to let him know when i come in for my checkup. I went to have my first check up on my hearing aids. I told him I was still having problems hearing. I was happy that he was able to adjust my hearing aids. No problems anymore. You can’t even see the hearing aid in my picture Everything is good now. Thank you again Dr. Francisco.
