I purchased my hearing aids from the HearUSA office on S La Cienega. Getting service at that office was an absolute disaster. My hearing aids stopped working. I emailed/phoned 8 times without a single response. The corporate complaint hotline secured me an appointment at the Santa Monica office, but I was without the use of my hearing aids for two weeks. Daniel Gomez my hero! Professional, knowledgeable, kind and friendly a good listener 😉 I was not happy with my hearing aids. This was not my first rodeo! Daniel took all my concerns into consideration and “upgraded” my signia hearing aids. He tweaked and changed the tips as well which made a big difference. Our local HearUsa in Santa Monica has done everything to make me a loyal customer. Daniel and Amanda walked me, a 69 year old new hearing aid user, through finding the right product, getting familiar with how to use all the features - and even got me a quick free replacement for one of my hearing aid that I dropped and ran over with my car. I chose the Signia ActivePro and I’m very happy with them. Thanks HearUsa, you guys are great!
Daniel Gomez is professional, friendly and kind. He personally understands the difficulties of hearing loss. I was not happy with my signia hearing aids. I was prepared for a sales pitch but no Daniel took his time listening to my concerns and working with me he gave me clarity like I’ve never experienced. EVER. I went to HearUSA for regular 'maintenance' on my hearing aid and the front desk individual (sorry do not know her name) did a good job with my hearing aids. In addition, she fixed up the Signia app I need to use with my hearings for optimum help and now I can actually hear my phone calls! THANKS!
