Daniel Gomez is professional, friendly and kind. He personally understands the difficulties of hearing loss. I was not happy with my signia hearing aids. I was prepared for a sales pitch but no Daniel took his time listening to my concerns and working with me he gave me clarity like I’ve never experienced. EVER. After only a few hours with the tweaks I knew I needed something more or maybe less and he saw me the next morning. I felt good about the help I received. Daniel Garcia is so well-versed in every aspect from my side. I was apprehensive but he knew that, and was a true professional supportive at all times. the hearing aids are great.
When I went in to the Hear USA office at 1908 Santa Monica Blvd last month to get my hearing aids cleaned, Daniel Gomez was busy with another patient, so his receptionist stepped up and did an excellent cleaning herself. It is the availability and adaptability of both of them that makes their services exceptional.
I had a very positive experience at HEAR USA. I was a walk-in and had to wait about 20 minutes. I was OK with that because I had come from a fair distance and was w/o an appointment. Indeed, I had not purchased my aids from HEAR USA. I was treated with respect by Daniel Gomez, who solved my problem for a very reasonable fee. As far as I am concerned, HEAR USA was first class.
Very good customer service. Daniel Gomez was wonderful with my mom and had the hearing aid all ready to take home. His instructions were very clear
