Ethan Clark is an outstanding audiologist. He really listens to my dad’s concerns and finds solutions that work for him. He is very patient, kind, and knowledgeable. I feel so lucky to have him helping my dad. And Erica, the receptionist, is a gem! So caring and professional. Those two are the best!

Please read my review MAG As a first-time hearing aid user, I expected professional service, reliable equipment, and support throughout the adjustment process. Unfortunately, my experience with HearUSA has been extremely frustrating. Within just 30 days, I have already gone through three hearing aids. The first hearing aid stopped working and had to be shipped back to Signia. Excellent parking situation. The audiologist is here only 2 days however Ericka is here every day and is knowledgeable and helpful. I've just begun my experience and so far all is good.

The two representatives at the site are excellent. Ethan, the technician, and his assistant Erica are patient, knowledgeable, and gracious. They are an asset to the office. The hearing aids that I've had for over two years are different: too many visits to the place.

Ethan at the Santa Monica office is professional, knowledgeable and thoughtful. He administered my annual hearing exam and cleaned my hearing aids. I much appreciate his expertise and kindness.
