Ethan Clark is an outstanding audiologist. He really listens to my dad’s concerns and finds solutions that work for him. He is very patient, kind, and knowledgeable. I feel so lucky to have him helping my dad. And Erica, the receptionist, is a gem! So caring and professional. Those two are the best!
The two representatives at the site are excellent. Ethan, the technician, and his assistant Erica are patient, knowledgeable, and gracious. They are an asset to the office. The hearing aids that I've had for over two years are different: too many visits to the place.
Ethan at the Santa Monica office is professional, knowledgeable and thoughtful. He administered my annual hearing exam and cleaned my hearing aids. I much appreciate his expertise and kindness.
The aids are amazing! I use them 10-12 hrs at a time and my iPhone indicates they have 80% remaining charge. I can’t imagine living without them now.
I went to HearUSA for regular 'maintenance' on my hearing aid and the front desk individual (sorry do not know her name) did a good job with my hearing aids. In addition, she fixed up the Signia app I need to use with my hearings for optimum help and now I can actually hear my phone calls! THANKS!
