It was amazing across the board. The staff were on top of their game . Made sure I knew what I was to do before I left and remarkable fast. I've been to two other company's and was not satisfied at all with them. I was miss informed on the phone and I everyone to know the warranty is tops. Check them out. I drop my hearing aid off for repair months ago. Then, they closed with no warning and merged with Hear USA. I have been trying for at least 3 months to reach someone. They never answer the phone. I have left at least 15 desperate messages The Santa Monica office just closed suddenly. Someone has my $2,000 hearing aid. I really need it back! It was supposed to be ready for pick up after 2 weeks. I have been without it for 3 months at least. This is SO frustrating. I used to love this place, but no more
I came there hoping to get an appointment within the next week but they took me right away. Tony was great. He explained everything he was doing very carefully and made the whole experience quite easy and relaxing. I highly recommend him!
I tried several places for my hearing aids with poor results. My Hearing Center is the first one where the service was so on point, kept adjusting the hearing aids until the sound is normal and not too loud or too low. They provide care every three months, after you feel happy with the results (at no extra charge). Thank you to the Director, Peter Attalla, my life changed since my visit to your office.
