I had a very positive experience at HEAR USA. I was a walk-in and had to wait about 20 minutes. I was OK with that because I had come from a fair distance and was w/o an appointment. Indeed, I had not purchased my aids from HEAR USA. I was treated with respect by Daniel Gomez, who solved my problem for a very reasonable fee. As far as I am concerned, HEAR USA was first class.

I have been delighted with all the service I have received from hear, USA Santa Monica since 2017. We are in Los Angeles With the Palisades fire. The other day was a disaster because a wire broke in my hearing aid. I called and Amanda answered the phone and was able to give me an appointment with Danielle within an hour Daniel was professional Courteous, helpful and gave me great explanations About what the issue was as well as his thoughts on the newer Hearing Aids. Had ny left aid go out.. I walked in and was immdiatelety greeted with "how can I help you'.. He took both aids into the lab and came out shortly saying it was full of wax. quick, simple, no charge
