When I went in to the Hear USA office at 1908 Santa Monica Blvd last month to get my hearing aids cleaned, Daniel Gomez was busy with another patient, so his receptionist stepped up and did an excellent cleaning herself. It is the availability and adaptability of both of them that makes their services exceptional.

I had a very positive experience at HEAR USA. I was a walk-in and had to wait about 20 minutes. I was OK with that because I had come from a fair distance and was w/o an appointment. Indeed, I had not purchased my aids from HEAR USA. I was treated with respect by Daniel Gomez, who solved my problem for a very reasonable fee. As far as I am concerned, HEAR USA was first class.

Had ny left aid go out.. I walked in and was immdiatelety greeted with "how can I help you'.. He took both aids into the lab and came out shortly saying it was full of wax. quick, simple, no charge
