Despite the cost, I am very pleased with the results of getting hearing aids, and Hear USA has been very accommodating. I was traveling to two different cities over the period of a month shortly after I got my hearing aids, and there were conveniently located Hear USA offices in both of them. I'm glad I chose this source for my hearing aids.
The advertising on Face Book is very puffed up making on believe that the Company is offering a revolutionary new device. They are actually offering a rebranded Signia under a private label. They promised to exchange the new hearing aids for a better rated brand but after more than 2 weeks still no alternate hearing aids. Be careful to send hearing aids not wanted back to the Company within the 45 day trial period to avoid Being stuck with something unwanted. The staff is very nice and knowledgeable. I love them so much! Even though I couldn't get a pair through my insurance they gave me great resources to possibly get them another way.
I am very comfortable and happy with the hearing aids and service I receive from Rochelle and staff. Great place-I highly recommend!!
