The advertising on Face Book is very puffed up making on believe that the Company is offering a revolutionary new device. They are actually offering a rebranded Signia under a private label. They promised to exchange the new hearing aids for a better rated brand but after more than 2 weeks still no alternate hearing aids. Be careful to send hearing aids not wanted back to the Company within the 45 day trial period to avoid Being stuck with something unwanted. The staff is very nice and knowledgeable. Despite the cost, I am very pleased with the results of getting hearing aids, and Hear USA has been very accommodating. I was traveling to two different cities over the period of a month shortly after I got my hearing aids, and there were conveniently located Hear USA offices in both of them. I'm glad I chose this source for my hearing aids.

Great Staff. Very nice and Attentive staff. We will always come here. I really appreciate the staff of their understanding and being patience with my in law. I highly recommend Hear USA for your hearing needs. Rochelle and Kath are very kind soul.

The service was supportive, knowledgeable and sensitive to my needs. Both ladies in the office had "kind and easy to work with" personalities. I appreciate in particular, the research they did to find out if there was any nickel in any surface of the hearing aids, as I have an allergy. I felt their research was "above and beyond." I am very comfortable to call the office with any questions or needs.
