I have just purchased my second set of hearing aids from HearUSA in Downey CA. In both purchases I was treated with care and respect. They assessed my hearing needs and provided the best instruments. During my first purchase I was a newbie and had to be led through the whole using hearing aids procedure. I was in and out without any issues. After completing my hearing test I was fitted for a new hearing device. Even after getting home I received a follow up call. Great customer service.
