Love the small office, it was clean and professional. The audiologist helped me choose hearing aids that accommodate my needs. It took me less than an hour to finish the business.
My parents had a great experience from making the appointment (friendly front desk service) to the day of appointment (Yarumi, is the name I believe, who attended and serve parents with great care and professionalism). Parents were completely satisfied with the whole process. 🙏🏼
Upon the day of my appt i was reminded i had an appointment and confirmed. I was greeted when i came through the doors and was met with my clinician for service. After being tested and i form on my hearing levels i was given option on what i felt suite me best.
