Both my husband and mother-in-law saw Elizabeth to have their hearing aids cleaned. My mother-in-law can sometimes be a bit of a stinker, but Elizabeth was very patient and accommodating to them both. Thank you! We always enjoy going in cause the atmosphere in that clinic is serene and calming.
Audiologist, Macaiah, was quick to evaluate the problem I was having with my new hearing aids. She determined that the adapter on my new hearing aid was not venting adequately. She replaced it with one she thought was the proper adapter. She said my eyes ‘lit up’ when she asked me a question immediately after reinserting the device into my ear! I could hear again! Facility staff are great no complain there. The product I purchased on the other hand. Has been a problem. They worked fine for about 3 months, it just been hell hill down to thia day. Finally I went back one last time and aked if, I could get them replace since I have already been dealing with the same issue for almost 8months now. They agree so now I'm waiting to jear back. Talk about a LEMON!!
Made an appointment and had my hearing aid cleaned. Elizabeth was courteous and friendly and promptly had my hearing aid back where it was like , hearing sharp and clear. Thank you very much Elizabeth for you prompt service. Recommend Hear USA to all who needs excellent hearing aids and quick expert services.
My hearing was tested and afterwards I was shown a variety of hearing aids to chose from. I was pleased to see that they offered some that weren’t as conspicuous. The person that waited on me was very informative and helpful.
