I have just purchased my second set of hearing aids from HearUSA in Downey CA. In both purchases I was treated with care and respect. They assessed my hearing needs and provided the best instruments. During my first purchase I was a newbie and had to be led through the whole using hearing aids procedure. Hear USA took care of my Father with compassion and genuine care. He left his hearing aids to be cleaned just before lunch time. As he walked to his car, the office noticed he attempted to turn his car on, and car was not working. They quickly cleaned his hearing aids, so he could have them, to be able to hear what was going on with his car and have a conversation with family and tow truck technician .THANK YOU Hear USA 🫶🏼
