All was good. Receptionist attended to me as soon as I walked into the room. Ask for my phone number. Pulled up my info and asked what I needed. Took my hearing aids and had them cleaned and only took a very short time and returned them to me. I asked her questions about my warranty and she filled me in on my warranty info. All good experience!

I came in as one of my hearing aids wasn't working. Dr Calderon wss great and had it working in no time, she also gave me tips on how to troubleshoot if the hearing aids are on and connected. Very helpful and so kind.

I had Heading aid stop working so your Claremont CA store sent it in to be repaired. It (7) days to be without my hearing aid more(incompetent) company service. I was told by your people that they would call me when it came in. I had to call Claremont hear USA to see if it came a week later. She said it did but it had to be programmed and would be done the next day and that she would call me. I called the next day twice no answer so I drove there and saw three people there. I visited for the first time, but I was very much impressed by the professional atmosphere in the office. The receptionist Ashley greeted me very cordially. I completed all the paperwork and then Philip Brandon came to welcome me. He looked at my all the records and asked a few questions to me. I was very much impressed by his professional approach. This doctor made molds of left '&; right ear canal, then ordered plastic hearing aids to fit my ears perfectly. This made a big difference.
