As a hearUSA person I decided to give the horizon hearing aids a chance. The new technology in these hearing aids are great. The staff is very professional and helped me get through the new app. The staff gave me a new hearing test and I had some little changes. The adviser made the changes to my hearing aids. Everyone here are very nice and professional. My 6yr old has been seen by Dr. Natalie for the past 4 years. Dr. Natalie is amazing with kids. The receptionist is always friendly and tentative. We definitely recommend this place for you or your children.
Dr. Natalie was excellent. She explained the process of measuring our hearing strength. My husband as well as myself were surprised with the results. My hearing is much better than I thought. However, Dr. Natalie showed how hearing aids could help me in group settings where I cannot hear well. My husband is pleased with his results and Dr. Natalie’s explanation of how hearing aids will help him. Exceptional doctor and staff!
I was very satisfied with the service provided during my meeting with the audiologist. He listened to My concerns, explained issues clearly, provided a thorough exam, and asked to see me in two weeks for a follow-up. I hope I will continue to see him each time I come for an appointment. He was superior to the audiologist I had been seeing for the past three years.
