I’ve been going to Hear USA for the past two years, and it’s been a great experience for my hearing needs. I had been going to another audiology practice, and they wanted $6,000 for my hearing aids. We told them we would have to think about buying them. When we got home my wife called the hearing aid company directly, and they gave her the number for Hear USA. Dr. Natalie is the awesome. She truly helped me feel comfortable about my daughter wearing hearing aids. In addition, Dr. Natalie took the time ensure I placed the hearing aids in correctly. Lastly, Dr. Natalie is very kind and friendly. To simply put... she is the best.
Dr. Natalie was excellent. She explained the process of measuring our hearing strength. My husband as well as myself were surprised with the results. My hearing is much better than I thought. However, Dr. Natalie showed how hearing aids could help me in group settings where I cannot hear well. My husband is pleased with his results and Dr. Natalie’s explanation of how hearing aids will help him. Exceptional doctor and staff!
Most of the time I had a great experience. I participated in the testing and fitting for hearing aids which went very well. They were not able to receive electronic payments which made it very difficult to receive insurance payments. The only hard time I had was when they did not want to wait for the insurance payment, so I had to pay up front and get the reimbursement sent to myself. Hear USA is a great company but I may need to find a different local office, because the finance piece put a hardship on me.
Bought my hearing aid in 2022. It kept breaking down at regular intervals. Luckily I had 3 years warranty. All hell broke loose when the warranty expired. The aid for one side stopped working. We bought the hearing aid just for that side and they kept delaying it. Got a call weeks after we paid and they said some form is missing that they need to submit to the manufacturer.
