I was very satisfied with the service provided during my meeting with the audiologist. He listened to My concerns, explained issues clearly, provided a thorough exam, and asked to see me in two weeks for a follow-up. I hope I will continue to see him each time I come for an appointment. He was superior to the audiologist I had been seeing for the past three years.
This HEAR USA location is the BEST! I have a very unique type of hearing loss and Dr Natalie has been so patient and helpful in ordering the best hearing aids….she is very knowledgeable and patient.. and I LOVE Stacy at the front desk who is always so helpful! They are TRULY APPRECIATED!
Problem with both hearing aids not functioning properly. Was unaware I needed to make an appointment, as was advised when I called the HearUSA # that I could do a walk-in. Stacy was, as always, very welcoming and advised she would help and gave me a card with the direct line to the Claremont Office to make future appointments. She cleaned and fixed the setting on my cell phone. Both aids and cell phone working together! 5 stars for Stacy!
Dr. Natalie was excellent. She explained the process of measuring our hearing strength. My husband as well as myself were surprised with the results. My hearing is much better than I thought. However, Dr. Natalie showed how hearing aids could help me in group settings where I cannot hear well. My husband is pleased with his results and Dr. Natalie’s explanation of how hearing aids will help him. Exceptional doctor and staff!
I’ve been going to Hear USA for the past two years, and it’s been a great experience for my hearing needs. I had been going to another audiology practice, and they wanted $6,000 for my hearing aids. We told them we would have to think about buying them. When we got home my wife called the hearing aid company directly, and they gave her the number for Hear USA.
