Problem with both hearing aids not functioning properly. Was unaware I needed to make an appointment, as was advised when I called the HearUSA # that I could do a walk-in. Stacy was, as always, very welcoming and advised she would help and gave me a card with the direct line to the Claremont Office to make future appointments. She cleaned and fixed the setting on my cell phone. Both aids and cell phone working together! 5 stars for Stacy!
I was very satisfied with the service provided during my meeting with the audiologist. He listened to My concerns, explained issues clearly, provided a thorough exam, and asked to see me in two weeks for a follow-up. I hope I will continue to see him each time I come for an appointment. He was superior to the audiologist I had been seeing for the past three years.
This HEAR USA location is the BEST! I have a very unique type of hearing loss and Dr Natalie has been so patient and helpful in ordering the best hearing aids….she is very knowledgeable and patient.. and I LOVE Stacy at the front desk who is always so helpful! They are TRULY APPRECIATED!
Dr. Natalie is the awesome. She truly helped me feel comfortable about my daughter wearing hearing aids. In addition, Dr. Natalie took the time ensure I placed the hearing aids in correctly. Lastly, Dr. Natalie is very kind and friendly. To simply put... she is the best.
Alyssa is a HearUSA technician..and also sometimes works at the front desk of Hear USA in Claremont, CA. She has quickly and efficiently diagnosed and fixed problems I was having with both of my hearing aids in the past couple of months. She also offered me tips on troubleshooting and fixing some routine hearing aid issues in a very personable and efficient manner.
