As a hearUSA person I decided to give the horizon hearing aids a chance. The new technology in these hearing aids are great. The staff is very professional and helped me get through the new app. The staff gave me a new hearing test and I had some little changes. The adviser made the changes to my hearing aids. We went through the adjustments until I felt comfortable. The new aids helped kept my tinnitus under control. Everyone here are very nice and professional. My 6yr old has been seen by Dr. Natalie for the past 4 years. Dr. Natalie is amazing with kids. The receptionist is always friendly and tentative. We definitely recommend this place for you or your children.
Takes forever to get hearing aid adjusted for my needs. Initially they wanted me to come in every two-three weeks. I had to get assertive in order to get a once a week appointment. Ridiculously difficult to get appointments scheduled in a timely manner. The last time the receptionist told me it would be 4 weeks until I could get an appointment and I’m not allowed to see anyone else for adjustments. Ridiculous! Andrew is very composed and professional working with us. He listens to the repeated questions my Mom asked and responded with such kindness and gentleness. He was very thorough and understanding.
