I came in for a hearing test and the staff was wonderful. I would highly recommend coming in. The doctor took the time to go over everything with me from the testing to my results. No pressure to buy anything and genuinely cared about what was going on with my hearing issues.

I went on my appointment. Waited in the lounge. Completed a form requesting medica history and types of medicines i take. Very friendly doctor escorted me to his chamber but only to be told that his computer is down. My hearing aids were cleaned and I left the clinic. Period!!!

I recently brought one of my out of warranty hearing aids in to La Mesa for repair. I pre-paid $330 for the repair and an additional $65 to have it re-programmed to my prescription. After the hearing aid was back in the store, I brought in the charger, which is needed to re-program. The problem is, I am going on day 3, since bringing in the charger, and am still waiting. Apparently there is only 1 person in the store that can re-program, and I was told, they do the re-program, only between appointments! Maybe they need more... read more

Mathew is very knowledgeable. He's also kind and understanding. I was all set to return the hearing aids, but he was able to troubleshoot the problem and found a solution. I'm very grateful.
