I needed to have the rubber buds replaced and the earpieces re fitted. The technical person who helped me was a real pro. They are now working better than ever. Great place, great service and the staff are wonderful. .
I went on my appointment. Waited in the lounge. Completed a form requesting medica history and types of medicines i take. Very friendly doctor escorted me to his chamber but only to be told that his computer is down. My hearing aids were cleaned and I left the clinic. Period!!!
I came in for a hearing test and the staff was wonderful. I would highly recommend coming in. The doctor took the time to go over everything with me from the testing to my results. No pressure to buy anything and genuinely cared about what was going on with my hearing issues.
Mathew is very knowledgeable. He's also kind and understanding. I was all set to return the hearing aids, but he was able to troubleshoot the problem and found a solution. I'm very grateful.
Khaddy, La Mesa’s amazing technician, is very skilled & helpful. She did a great job working with me to find a hearing aid tip that stopped the feedback issue I was having.
