My service tech was very knowledgeable and helpful in finding the best solution for my hearing problems. The hearing aids are a great improvement from the last ones I was using. I highly recommend.
The support team at the office was very very good very knowledgeable and to go the extra mile to help somebody that’s not technologically good. I was surprised at the follow up visit, wondering what was gonna happen because I was happy with the first visit and he taught me that he could compare my first visit to that visit and tweak my hearing aids to make it better. very good response on both occasion I would highly recommend if you’re getting hearing aids to check them out.
The phone call was answered in a timely fashion. After giving my concerns with my hearing aids I was told to come right in with no appointment. After arriving to smiles and good morning they addressed my hearing aid issue right away and found that one needed some repair which they fixed and sent me home a Happy Camper ! So glad that I chose Hear USA !
I purchased new hearing aids for someone I am caring for. We received very good attention by Dr Ambrose at the La Mesa office who did a thorough examination. Unfortunately, due to her condition, she was unable to properly use the hearing aids even though they were working properly and we had just gone past the warranty for return.
