Highly recommended!! They are great service!! I have requested if they can fix my hearing aids and they did make quick fix on my part of hearing aids tube. Great job! I will refer others who need hearing aids or fix it right there. I will always come back for my appts or have them check my hearing aids. Thanks to their wonderful service!
Happily greeted by front desk, quick check-in, and Dr. was on time. There was an issue with my left hearing aid however with adjustments to the program as well as testing both in the office and walking outside it was fixed! He was thorough, believed me in what I was experiencing, and willing to continue till it was fixed. Now both hearing aids are working beautifully!
Michael Ambrose, the hearing aid specialist, is friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. The receptionist, Grace, is very accommodating and helpful. My experience with this site in La Mesa, CA has been very positive, and I've been going to HearUSA for my hearing aids for over 20 years. I especially liked the previous hearing specialist, Shilpa, and was sorry to see her move elsewhere, but Michael has taken care of my needs very efficiently and competently. I'd recommend this site to anyone who has a hearing issue.
At the La Mesa HearUSA I was served adequately, the receptionist was warm and friendly but I was frustrated because I was not notified that my current hearing aid warrantee was expiring so they refused to service them without charging me $60. I feel that I should have been notified as a kind customer service gesture. I don't feel welcomed with Mr. P and though I asked he didn't address my concern about dizziness concerning my hearing. We purchased hearing aids from La Mesa office a few years back for my dad and a few weeks ago they stopped working. I finally found time to stop in to see what our options were. After speaking to the front desk person, she informed me that the hearing aids were out of warranty but our insurance covers new hearing aids every 3 years.
