I woke up yesterday with my left hearing aid not working right. It was cutting in and out and really making me upset. I called in and they said they could assist me before their lunch break. I was met with two younger ladies who quickly replaced the part needed and within 5 minutes I was able to hear again. I just wanna say thank you two so very much! You have no idea how relieving it is to hear again. I will take your recommendation and by the moisture removal uv pack from Costco! Your the best, so thank you
