So wildly unprofessional. They push hearing aids before you even walk through the door. I had my appt scheduled weeks ago; the representative I scheduled with confirmed that the provider I would be seeing was in network and that the hearing test I needed would be covered. Today I show up for my appt. The receptionist keeps mentioning hearing aids, but doesn’t mention my actual test, so I say I’m just there for the test as my ENT requested it and would discuss the results with him first before trying any hearing aid options.... read more
