It was a pleasant experience. Audiologist was knowledgeable, informative and caring. The staff was friendly and professional. First time with Hear USA. I was happy to know I could see an audiologist virtually when needed. Highly recommend
I did like. I liked the way everything was explained .And if I asked a question she answered the sttaten island office.
Not a good experience. I choose that location because was closer to me and the lady was in a rush calling me 30 minutes before my appointment when I was in the parking lot already. I was there for the first time and I expected a better experience. Next time I will go to the one in New Jersey, nice ppl and good vibes.
