My mom Emma and I had the pleasure to meet Caitlyn Kelly, who assisted my mom at her 2nd attempt to use hearing aids. My mom's 1st time trying the hearing aids was not a good experience due to wrong type she bought to service of the provider she had. Caitlyn on the other hand was a fabulous person to interact with and won my mom's trust over quickly. Long story short my mom loves her hearing aids and it is a great fit so she wears them every day.
