The whole staff,from the receptionist to the audiologist, are genuinely concerned about my well being and the success of my hearing aids. Their attention to detail is number one. They not only message me about an upcoming appointment, they call me, also. They are the best.
Everything went well, and everything was very thoroughly explained. I had no problems, expressing myself and my questions. And they were patiently listened to. Two weeks later I received my hearing aids. And I’ve had them in most of the time ever since. Everything is going very well. Very Comfortable, and I could hear so much better
