I recently had my first experience with Hearing USA in Hemet, and I am absolutely blown away by the level of care I received. My appointment was with Dr. Debbie, and she is a true gem—knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely compassionate. What impressed me first was the thorough hearing test she conducted. I had an appointment at 1pm yesterday. There is plenty of parking and when I arrived I was greeted by Julia who was cordial and professional and after asking me for some of my pertinent information she took my hearing aids to check out why they had stopped working. Within just a few minutes she returned with my hearing aids in proper working order. Fortunately my hearing aids were still under warranty so there was no charge.
