Service is excellent, hearing aids are top notch. Minor differences between brands. Price $$$$ after insurance. Even being affiliated with Kaiser. But overall excellent experience.
Debi A. Muir was very professional at her job. She was very gentle, courteous, and very thorough with her instructions on testing and a great job on explaining on care of hearing aids and warranty etc. I would highly recommend her to others in need of her services. Staff was excellent in greeting me and with paperwork. EXCELLANT STAFF!!!!!! Wishing there were more like both of them.
