Even though my experience with the hearing aids has not been a good one, Both Debbie and Julia are very customer friendly, know the hearing aid business and are a true pleasure to do business with. In this visit it was Julia who was my hero, fixing my hearing in minutes
They were both super nice. They explained to me everything and made my experience wonderful. I got so emotional at one point because i never thought i could have my hearing back to normal. I am very thankful and appreciate all their help.Thanks HearUSA
Went in with my left hearing aide not working. Julie repaired it in a few minutes. Office has always helped fix my hearing aides whenever I had a problem with them
I had an appointment at 1pm yesterday. There is plenty of parking and when I arrived I was greeted by Julia who was cordial and professional and after asking me for some of my pertinent information she took my hearing aids to check out why they had stopped working. Within just a few minutes she returned with my hearing aids in proper working order. Fortunately my hearing aids were still under warranty so there was no charge.
