Great people! Personal, professional and really helpful. I felt immediately at ease and they were really patient and kind. I was concerned about getting hearing aids and how they'd look, how I'd feel, etc. They helped me to accept them and glad I got them. I had no idea my hearing was that bad! I realized that I'd been reading lips for a long time.

I went to my 1st appointment and to my delight my hearing aids were programmed and ready for me when I got there. The woman who assisted me (sorry, her name escapes me at the moment) was very helpful and knowledgeable. She explained everything very clearly so that I understood. She demonstrated how everything worked, then had me do it myself so that when I left there, I was confident that I could operate my new hearing aids appropriately. I went to HearIUsa in Hemet to have my hearing aids checked out and the lady at the front desk wasn’t very friendly. I told her my hearing aids were making a lot of noise and one of the ear molds was torn. She told me to wait while she went into the back office. A lady by the name of Debbie was friendly and willing to help get my hearing aids adjusted and fix the noice. Debbie kept asking me why my charger was a different brand than Signia.
