Debi A. Muir was very professional at her job. She was very gentle, courteous, and very thorough with her instructions on testing and a great job on explaining on care of hearing aids and warranty etc. I would highly recommend her to others in need of her services. Staff was excellent in greeting me and with paperwork. EXCELLANT STAFF!!!!!! Wishing there were more like both of them.
Hear USA, IS a nice place, very professional. They're very helpful, Not pushy, explaining the whole process, from 1st contact, hearing tests, fitting, operation and care! So far aids are working fine, I'm finding inserting and adjusting the fit easier each day !
Even though my experience with the hearing aids has not been a good one, Both Debbie and Julia are very customer friendly, know the hearing aid business and are a true pleasure to do business with. In this visit it was Julia who was my hero, fixing my hearing in minutes
