The service was fast and efficient. The audiologist was competent and dealt with all issues quickly. The only problem I have is that if you have paid $6000 for your hearing aids, you should get free life time service.
Dr. Cooper was friendly, efficient and very helpful. She carefully and completely answered my questions. I would recommend her highly for any hearing issues and look forward to working with her when my new hearing aids arrive.
Caitlin Cooper was very understanding of my needs and concerns. She offered options for my hearing concerns and is very knowledgeable. The receptionist is very kind when checking.
Caitlin is always understanding and serves me well - Yesterday show tested my hearing and cleaned my hearing aids and today I am hearing 100% better than I was yesterday. Great service!!
