Dr. Cooper was amazing. She was very receiving, caring and kind. Above all she was very knowledgeable. She took time and explained everything to me. Opposite some people she didn’t make me feel like “I am too busy for you, hurry up and wrap things up my time is too precious.” She diligently showed me what every symbol meant on my app. She made me feel like I am in great hands. For the past several years, I have been a patient of Dr. Cooper. She is an excellent audiologist, very knowledgeable in both equipment and hearing physiology. Dr. Cooper is able to diagnose, adjust and repair hearing aids. She is experienced and knowledgeable in the field of audiology and she is highly recommended if you are looking for someone with her skill set. If you want a personal audiologist, I highly recommend Dr. Caitlan Cooper at HearUSA at Aspen Hill, Maryland.
Dr. Cooper was friendly, efficient and very helpful. She carefully and completely answered my questions. I would recommend her highly for any hearing issues and look forward to working with her when my new hearing aids arrive.
The service was fast and efficient. The audiologist was competent and dealt with all issues quickly. The only problem I have is that if you have paid $6000 for your hearing aids, you should get free life time service.
This was my second review meeting following the initial meeting when I got the new hearing aid. This time, the specialist adjusted my unit so as yo allow me to select the place origen of the sound. I am very surprised by this function that seriously improves my hearing and allow me select the source of the sound and concentrate in it. Very advanced and satisfactory results.
