Caitlin Cooper is absolutely the best! She thoroughly explained the hearing tests she was going to run and, afterwards, explained the results in terms I could understand. What I appreciated most of all was that, as a result of my tests, Caitlin recommended OTC hearing aids and a manufacturer. There was no hard sell for prescription devices I did not need. Caitlin delivered a thorough service that focused on my needs.

I had a great experience in Silver Springs . Dr Cooper was very professional , answered all my questions easily and fully. The front office is friendly and helpful. I am sorry i didn’t ask her name. Overall a Great Experience

I am very happy with the work of the Hear USA audiologist I see: Caitlin Cooper in Silver Spring. She is knowledgeable and competent, plus compassionate and ethical with her patients. HearUSA is lucky to have her and should try to retain her because she is very good for their brand.

My new hearing aides are wonderful at this point a few days out. Comfortable, I don’t even know Ihave them on. Effective….i hear all I want to. Ok in crowd still haven’t had them at church, which was one of my testing points. Easy to put in.

I want to express my appreciation for the excellent care I received at one of your facilities. I was initially very nervous about getting hearing aids and had many questions, but the audiologist was incredible kind and addressed all of my concerns. The relaxed ambiance and the wonderful staff made for a very positive experience. Thank you for your professionalism and support.
