Caitlin Cooper is absolutely the best! She thoroughly explained the hearing tests she was going to run and, afterwards, explained the results in terms I could understand. What I appreciated most of all was that, as a result of my tests, Caitlin recommended OTC hearing aids and a manufacturer. There was no hard sell for prescription devices I did not need. Caitlin delivered a thorough service that focused on my needs.
I had a great experience in Silver Springs . Dr Cooper was very professional , answered all my questions easily and fully. The front office is friendly and helpful. I am sorry i didn’t ask her name. Overall a Great Experience
I want to express my appreciation for the excellent care I received at one of your facilities. I was initially very nervous about getting hearing aids and had many questions, but the audiologist was incredible kind and addressed all of my concerns. The relaxed ambiance and the wonderful staff made for a very positive experience. Thank you for your professionalism and support.
I had a fantastic experience with this medical practice. The facility is conveniently situated, the Receptionist Lilly was welcoming and polite; Finally Dr. Caitlin was very knowledgeable and provided caring and professional service. Overall, an excellent medical practice and I wish them well in their future endeavors.
