Caitlin Cooper is absolutely the best! She thoroughly explained the hearing tests she was going to run and, afterwards, explained the results in terms I could understand. What I appreciated most of all was that, as a result of my tests, Caitlin recommended OTC hearing aids and a manufacturer. There was no hard sell for prescription devices I did not need. Caitlin delivered a thorough service that focused on my needs.
Big difference from OTC options, your hearing is tested by an audiologist whose education provides a basis for a more precise diagnosis. The device is designed to meet those deficiencies, but the device is linked to a smart phone app which provides control to further refine the hearing aid's value- directionality, volume and soft/hard sounds. Even better, as you get used to the apparatus, you can return to the audiologist for further refinements.
My experience was very positive. My audiologist, Caitlin Cooper, is very professional, with a pleasant personality. As always, this was a very productive visit and I came away completely satisfied. i am so glad I chose this place to get hearing aids.
Dr. Cooper was amazing. She was very receiving, caring and kind. Above all she was very knowledgeable. She took time and explained everything to me. Opposite some people she didn’t make me feel like “I am too busy for you, hurry up and wrap things up my time is too precious.” She diligently showed me what every symbol meant on my app. She made me feel like I am in great hands. Kudos to her manners, kudos to her customer service skills.❤️🙏
