Dr. Cooper was amazing. She was very receiving, caring and kind. Above all she was very knowledgeable. She took time and explained everything to me. Opposite some people she didn’t make me feel like “I am too busy for you, hurry up and wrap things up my time is too precious.” She diligently showed me what every symbol meant on my app. She made me feel like I am in great hands. My experience with HearUSA company was excellent. From the first telephone conversation with Kevin Kwon to the meetings with doctor of audiology Caitlin Cooper. I was given very detailed instructions, all the questions were answered, all the necessary adjustments were made. Both Kevin and Caitlin were very professional and attantive to my needs.
For the past several years, I have been a patient of Dr. Cooper. She is an excellent audiologist, very knowledgeable in both equipment and hearing physiology. Dr. Cooper is able to diagnose, adjust and repair hearing aids. She is experienced and knowledgeable in the field of audiology and she is highly recommended if you are looking for someone with her skill set. If you want a personal audiologist, I highly recommend Dr. Caitlan Cooper at HearUSA at Aspen Hill, Maryland.
