This has been an extraordinary experience. Dr Caitlin Cooper is an amazing audiologist. She is knowledgeable, patient, and a thorough professional. Our drive to the Aspen Hill store is almost 2 hours and we wouldn’t go anywhere else. We are pleased that we finally found a wonderful audiologist and service. Thank you so much.

Dr Caitlin Cooper is an excellent hearing care provider. She is very knowledgeable about all aspects of hearing aids, including the science of development. She is kind, patient and a good listener.
My father was getting ready to fly off to India and the hearing aid had some trouble. I was able to get an appointment for that same afternoon. When we got to the office we didn’t have to wait at all and within 15 minutes he had the hearing aid fixed. I’m really pleased with the professional and efficient service we received from the Aspen Hill team. Thank you now my father can travel with no problems with his hearing aids.
Super patient and dedicated professional; Caitlin is patient and makes sure my concerns are heard before making recommendations. I rely on her for more than she bargained for and she never disappoints. Her office staff is super, too. He whole package- I highly recommended her!
