I was getting feedback on my right ear. I thought the hearing aid had a problem. The receptionist was very friendly and supportive. When my wife and I talked to AJ, she was very communicative and quickly identified that I had too much wax in my ear. She informed us that I would need to go to a clinic to clean out the wax, which I did. When we went to the clinic, they concurred and cleaned out the wax. No more feedback!
After reading mixed reviews from others about HearUSA in general, we were pleasantly surprised with the visit. Bright office, no wait. The consultant, AJ, was very easy to consult with and listened well to questions before showing my husband multiple options of hearing aids. The follow up visit for the fitting was just as straightforward and easy.
I was warmly greeted by Stephanie the receptionist as she checked me in. When my appointment time arrived AJ the Hearing Aid Specialist brought me to her office. She is extremely knowledgeable about everything related to hearing and hearing aids. It was a wonderful experience, and I’m looking forward to my next appointment.
The lady who ran the test was super nice and clear with all directions made me feel comfortable like talking with a friend. Also, the lady at the front desk was super friendly and nice Would definitely refer friends and family to go see Hear USA
Excellent hearing specialist and front office Staff. Very thorough and knowledgeable and pleasant. Hope you can improve your design so your hearing aides fit better.
