AJ Surrette, Tracy and staff are very professional, skilled and friendly. They do an excellent job. However, I'm upset with HearUSA. It does not offer easy open batteries. Most of the hearing impaired are elderly and cannot deal with impossible to open child proof batteries. I had to change my new hearing aids to a rechargeable pair which cost $100 more. Change the law to support your older customers so they have a choice of easy-to-open batteries!!!
I have attended Hear USA several times with their current Audiologist for hearing tests and finally to select the most appropriate hearing aids that suit my needs. The Audiologist was very understanding and listened well to my needs, offering practical solutions. She explained the features of the different models, contrasting them allowing me to make the best decision. She did not try to upsell me but instead supported me with my decision.
I was warmly greeted by Stephanie the receptionist as she checked me in. When my appointment time arrived AJ the Hearing Aid Specialist brought me to her office. She is extremely knowledgeable about everything related to hearing and hearing aids. It was a wonderful experience, and I’m looking forward to my next appointment.
This review is for my sister, Sharlene who has a hearing aid from Hear USA. She sees AJ at the Edmonds, WA office. AJ is competent, kind and so easy to talk with. She understands the entire process from testing to wearing the hearing aid. The receptionist is equally as kind. They respond immediately and get you in if you’re having any type of problem. Sharlene is very happy with the care she has been given from the beginning and she loves her hearing aid! Absolutely recommend this office.
AJ did a great job cleaning, repairing, and adjusting my hearing aids. I would have given 5 stars except communication could be improved, I left unanswered message and had two appointments canceled due to snow. Problem might have been with phone system.
