AJ got me started with my first hearing aids and we’ve met a few times since to troubleshoot a few startup issues. She is smart, creative, kind, and funny. She knows the apps back and forward so all phone setup is easy. At the front desk, Stephanie is warm and helpful, and it’s easy to get an appointment. I appreciate the appointment reminders. Recommended without reservation.
AJ helped me with a few minor adjustments of my new hearing aides and I couldn’t be happier! She is very kind and patient with seniors! Truly a great professional! Stephanie is great in the front office! So glad we found that HearUSA office close to our residence!

I was warmly greeted by Stephanie the receptionist as she checked me in. When my appointment time arrived AJ the Hearing Aid Specialist brought me to her office. She is extremely knowledgeable about everything related to hearing and hearing aids. It was a wonderful experience, and I’m looking forward to my next appointment.
Called with a problem with my hearing aids. They adjusted the units and worked with my phone app to improve the performance. Good experience and pleased with results. Couldn't ask for more
