I was warmly greeted by Stephanie the receptionist as she checked me in. When my appointment time arrived AJ the Hearing Aid Specialist brought me to her office. She is extremely knowledgeable about everything related to hearing and hearing aids. It was a wonderful experience, and I’m looking forward to my next appointment.
I have attended Hear USA several times with their current Audiologist for hearing tests and finally to select the most appropriate hearing aids that suit my needs. The Audiologist was very understanding and listened well to my needs, offering practical solutions. She explained the features of the different models, contrasting them allowing me to make the best decision. She did not try to upsell me but instead supported me with my decision.
Losing your hearing can be a horrible experience and finding ways to hear can be exhausting with all of the choices and prices. AJ was so helpful and I recommend HearUSA Edmonds to anyone in search of hearing aids. AJ did a thorough hearing exam, explained the results clearly and and answered all of my questions. AJ Surrette, Tracy and staff are very professional, skilled and friendly. They do an excellent job. However, I'm upset with HearUSA. It does not offer easy open batteries. Most of the hearing impaired are elderly and cannot deal with impossible to open child proof batteries. I had to change my new hearing aids to a rechargeable pair which cost $100 more. Change the law to support your older customers so they have a choice of easy-to-open batteries!!!
AJ is wonderful in explaining my concerns with the hearing aids. The receptionist is so professional and capable. Such a great place. I am very grateful for my hearing help and the office is so close to my home.
