Excellent hearing specialist and front office Staff. Very thorough and knowledgeable and pleasant. Hope you can improve your design so your hearing aides fit better.
Staff were friendly and professional. My case was adroitly handled. I was advised of the continuing support available to me. An informal two week check-in was scheduled.
Except for not having a receptionist on Monday and no return phone call ( I had to call my insurance company to get an appt with a call center) … the service is Excellent. The receptionist is great, they just need a better response to people who call and no return call or intonation when they will return your call. Honestly, I won’t go anywhere else. Your are showed what hearing aids are covered on your insurance, shows the cost of each, and has them to show you …. Thank you!
Losing your hearing can be a horrible experience and finding ways to hear can be exhausting with all of the choices and prices. AJ was so helpful and I recommend HearUSA Edmonds to anyone in search of hearing aids. AJ did a thorough hearing exam, explained the results clearly and and answered all of my questions. I, surprisingly, was able to try out a hearing aid for a week to see how it was in the real world and don't know other places that offer that. The staff there are welcoming and friendly. AJ is wonderful in explaining my concerns with the hearing aids. The receptionist is so professional and capable. Such a great place. I am very grateful for my hearing help and the office is so close to my home.
