Working with this company was a pleasure from the first call to make an appointment until the end of the process. The team is so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. The first pair of hearing aids did not work out for me and they worked with me until the next set worked amazingly. They worked with my insurance every step of the way - I did not have to deal with the insurance at all. I am so pleased that I found this company and highly recommend them.

Technician is awesome! My fears & hesitations were were addressed, the issues I had with itching and tinnitus were addressed ... I have had these issues for years. What relief. The initial contact rep was also outstanding. Helped me understand my initial hearing test and understand findings & explain benefits of this product vs off-the-shelf offerings. Tech assistant very knowledgeable about product & has helped with some usage issues. I really appreciate the open help time slot offerings for quick prob resolutions. VERY HA... read more

Their technician was the best my husband had seen in a long time. He is experienced with hearing aides since needing them for over twenty years now. I was so glad to have gone to Hear USA . every one in the office was so nice . the Dr explained info regarding my ears . I was very happy to have gone there Sorry no photo's don't understand why you need them.

From the moment I walked through the door the front desk person and the audiologist both made me feel welcome and comfortable. The entire process was friendly, efficient and professional. I much prefer this over the Audiology department at my HMO.
