From the moment I walked through the door the front desk person and the audiologist both made me feel welcome and comfortable. The entire process was friendly, efficient and professional. I much prefer this over the Audiology department at my HMO.
Jaime, my Hearing Specialist, is AMAZING!! She is friendly, understanding & knowledgeable. She answers all our questions! We never feel rushed and always feel valued. Thank you Jamie!! Also, Hannah was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was able to resolve my hearing aid problem within minutes. Thank you Hannah!
