Had the BEST experience here! I have been putting off updating my hearing aids for 8+ years and when they finally broke, I needed to find a way to fix them. The team there are super professional, friendly, and caring! They offer complimentary hearing tests when Kaiser wanted to charge me $100 even with insurance last time I checked. I’ve been using the hearing aids fitted by HearUSA for nearly five years now, and throughout this time, my interactions with the staff have always been pleasant and professional. Whenever I encounter issues with my hearing aids, I consult with Supervisor Jaime, who consistently provides clear answers and personally inspects the devices, giving me great peace of mind. Working with this company was a pleasure from the first call to make an appointment until the end of the process. The team is so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. The first pair of hearing aids did not work out for me and they worked with me until the next set worked amazingly. They worked with my insurance every step of the way - I did not have to deal with the insurance at all. I am so pleased that I found this company and highly recommend them.

Technician is awesome! My fears & hesitations were were addressed, the issues I had with itching and tinnitus were addressed ... I have had these issues for years. What relief. The initial contact rep was also outstanding. Helped me understand my initial hearing test and understand findings & explain benefits of this product vs off-the-shelf offerings. I was so glad to have gone to Hear USA . every one in the office was so nice . the Dr explained info regarding my ears . I was very happy to have gone there Sorry no photo's don't understand why you need them.
