I thought I was losing my hearing a little bit, due to my work in construction,and getting older. So I decided to make an appointment,and get checked. I'm so glad I did,and get tested. Not only did they inform me,that my assumption was correct,but worse than I thought. They informed me,all my options,and my next step, into getting my hearing corrected. Update APR2026: consistently great experience. My yearly check went very smoothly. As always, my questions n concerns are immediately addressed. Jaime Faucher is an exceptionally professional and experienced hearing aid specialist. Throughout the process from hearing assessment to updating the hearing aid, she demonstrated a high level of professionalism and responsibility, always showing great care for her customers. Although I don't speak much English and had to rely on Google Translate on my phone to communicate, she patiently and attentively answered my questions, making our interaction very pleasant. Qiang
Had the BEST experience here! I have been putting off updating my hearing aids for 8+ years and when they finally broke, I needed to find a way to fix them. The team there are super professional, friendly, and caring! They offer complimentary hearing tests when Kaiser wanted to charge me $100 even with insurance last time I checked.
