I had to replace the left hearing aid. I found their concern to be genuine and caring. It took less than a week to arrive at their office. When they called with a time and date to pick it up I wasn't available but they graciously accommodated my schedule. They acted very professionally but quite friendly. I throughly enjoy my visit with Doug and Gennifer. That cannot be said of all appointments.
My appointment with Hear USA was excellent. From the moment we walked in and Jennifer greeted us. She knew immediately who we were and why we were there. The initial paperwork was in order and she provided clear instructions. It wasn’t long before Zac came out to get us and explain the process. It's always a pleasant experience dealing with Jennifer at the front desk. Doug Koller makes you feel comfortable and is easy to talk to and explains everything very well. Good people to deal with.
The staff was great and the testing went good. I ordered a set of hearing aids and can't wait to wear them to hear better
Staff was very friendly. Doug was very patient and listened to me when I described my hearing issues. I can tell that my hearing is very important to him. He tried several things and made some good suggestions of how we should move forward.
