I had to replace the left hearing aid. I found their concern to be genuine and caring. It took less than a week to arrive at their office. When they called with a time and date to pick it up I wasn't available but they graciously accommodated my schedule. They acted very professionally but quite friendly. I throughly enjoy my visit with Doug and Gennifer. That cannot be said of all appointments.
First time getting hearing aids. Doug and his staff were great to work with. They made sure I was comfortable with my new hearing aids and understood how they work. I definitely recommend HearUSA in Weirton, WV.
My appointment with Hear USA was excellent. From the moment we walked in and Jennifer greeted us. She knew immediately who we were and why we were there.
