I'll never walk back in there again, lord forbid you walk in and need customer service. Doug was put out and told me he'd charge me 50 dollars. I came back expecting immediate customer service. I can walk in the Glendale office, they are warm wonderful and do whatever is needed to solve an issue without coping an attitude.
