Steve is really good at his job and I am very satisfied with my hearing aids. He is knowledgeable, thorough, and listens to what the customer has to say. This is sometimes lacking when dealing with other companies.
I was referred through my medical insurance. Everything was ready when I got to HearUSA. Through explanation. I’ve had my second check in. I’m delighted as are my loved ones. See you in three months.

My Mom purchased her hearing aids in 2019 and she was having trouble hearing. Went in to the office and receptionist was very polite! She looked at my mom’s aids and said they had to be clean. She cleaned them at no charge and my Mom was able to hear again! And that’s that the warranty expired. Definitely will purchase her future pair there. Thank you Hearing USA for not taking advantage of the seniors.
