Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The Receptionist is very professional yet pleasant. The waiting room is quiet, with no annoying television or overhead music. Dr. Eisenberg has a very amiable yet professional and respectful manner about him. He explains the ear very clearly and shows an illustration. He also describes any procedures and the hearing test in advance, speaking clearly and neither too quickly nor too slowly. I took my father here today to see Dr. Eisenberg for a full hearing check and was most impressed. Dr. Eisenberg was very thorough and explained everything fully. He gave us great information so we could make the right choice in choosing my fathers new hearing aids. Highly recommended!
I contacted Hear.com to see if I was in need hearing aids. Victoria interviewed me about my hearing issues. She contacted my medical insurances and gave me an appointment close to my home. The audiologist was fantastic, explaining about the exam, including seeing my ear cavities on his computer, pointing out where everything is. At the end, it turns out that I do not need hearing aids at this time. I will definitely contact Daniel Eisenberg in 1-2 years to follow up.
Office was neat and tidy. Receptionist was pleasant and helpful Doctor Eisenberg was thorough and helpful with Hearing Aid functions and operation, as well as, cleaning process and timeframe. I would definitely recommend Dr. Eisenberg for Service and Information relative to my TrueHearing Hearing Aids, information and service.
I had old hearing aids from 15 years ago. The new ones are so much better. And the care I received from the audiologist was terrific. MDe sure everything was done right. Really took the time to match the hearing aids to my needs. Terrific. The whole team was great.
