I was beyond excited with the service I received. The hearing aids were way less expensive than I expected. Today's price for a pair of hearing aids will cost less than my last purchase for a single one back in 2002! I can't wait to get them and be able to hear regular conversations in crowded meeting halls. Dr. Laurie Van Duivenbode was kind, sympathetic and helpful.
It was time for a new set of hearing aids for moms. Utilizing the Kaiser Permanente Medicare Advantage plus coverage we were able to schedule an appointment to be seen the same week. Natalie, conducted the hearing evaluation and test. I always had a great experience here. Nice staff and fast service. Hearing aids are a blessing in disguise. So lightweight and you can barely notice them. Would recommend 100%.
The people working at this hearing center are top-notch. They really took the time to perfectly match my new hearing aids to my exact frequency deficiencies resulting in significant improvement. They are exceptionally courteous and kind. Thank you!
I had great service at Hear USA. I somehow lost one hearing aid and I couldn't get calls. They got me a replacement and since the hearing aids were still under warranty for a very low cost. They adjusted the hearing aid when it arrived withing a few days so I'm very happy with the service I received.
