Hear USA at the Lake Forest office is always a pleasant experience. Tino is the kindest most patient, efficient, & knowledgeable technician I have had the pleasure of working with. The office staff is also pleasant & professional.
The staff at the Lake Forest location is just amazing. They went out of their way to accommodate my end of day unscheduled office visit to help me repair my hearing aids. I saw Clayton, a hearing aid technician at your Hear USA office in Lake Forest, CA. He is very amiable and respectful. He gave me a thorough hearing exam, discussed the results with me, and showed me how to use my iPhone to regulate hearing aid operations and functions. We happened upon this place by chance while walking with my mom after our appointment was canceled elsewhere. I'd never felt so comfortable. Tino, the reception girls, and the doctor far exceeded any experience I've had abroad. The professionalism is evident.
I always deal with kind helpful people when I visit my HearUSA. As for my visit 10-16-25, I'm sorry I do not recall the front count lady's name who helped me. However she has a beautiful smile and wears a head cover (Muslim?). Her personality was what every employer wants for their people. She clearly cares about patients! She was able to make the repairs I needed, made adjustment, & explained a few things I did not know about my aids.
