The staff at HearUSA located in Laguna Hills are really professional, friendly and kind. They updated my hearing aids and repaired some hearing aid issues in just a matter of a few minutes while I waited. I really appreciate them very much.
The staff at the Lake Forest location is just amazing. They went out of their way to accommodate my end of day unscheduled office visit to help me repair my hearing aids. I was seen within 5 minutes. The first rep took them & cleaned them. Theh, a rep checked my hearing aid carefully & determined it had a bent wire. He fixed xed it, quickly. I left with 👂 no aids working perfectly! Thank you!

He gave me a thorough hearing exam, discussed the results with me, and showed me how to use my iPhone to regulate hearing aid operations and functions.
