HearUSA provides the best hearing aids and service. I thought I was wearing them correctly, but the technician helped me put them in the right way so I could hear better. He cleaned them and helped me learn how they work with my phone. I'm totally pleased!!
I was seen within 5 minutes. The first rep took them & cleaned them. Theh, a rep checked my hearing aid carefully & determined it had a bent wire. He fixed xed it, quickly. I left with 👂 no aids working perfectly! Thank you!
The staff at the Lake Forest location are so professional and really kind and helpful. They helped with a warranty issue and went above and beyond to get me set up with my hearing aids ASAP. Great staff, friendly, helpful and always pleasant. Warranty for damage replacement with copay came in handy after dog got to my hearing aids.
