The staff at Hear USA is always friendly and helpful. Today, I stopped in without an appointment to have a repair done on one of my hearing aids. They took care of me right away and I was able to leave with my hearing aids repaired.

I had an appointment today to check to see if my hearing aids were working well, plus I had some questions as well. When I walked in the staff at the front desk were friendly, which to me that's important. I was taken back at the time of my appointment. The technician I spoke with was friendly, answered all my questions, explained all that I needed to know about the functions of my hearing aids and how to put them in, clean them as well. I was very happy with my experience at HearUSA in Lake Forest. I was appreciative with the time that Clayton Park, the Hearing Aid Technician, provided with me. He was very clear in explaining the testing, results and recommendations. Clayton answered all of my questions. Thank you Clayton for making this a pleasant experience.

My visits at HearUSA, Lake Forest today and throughout my relationship with them have been wonderful. Today, I phoned to say that one of my aids appeared to be broken. They arranged for me to come into the office in less than 30 minutes and I unexpectedly walked out with a replacement pair of aids in less than 10 minutes. But equally important, is that the team today and every time have been very gracious.

My phone app for Signia wouldn’t open so I couldn't change the channels. I called and made a same day appointment and Hear USA fixed the problem and cleaned the hearing aids. Very pleased with their service.
