My husband and I went to see Laura Montoya in Santa Fe yesterday It was my first time and I understood little about the whole hearing aid process. Laura was so extremely patient and and excited about her company and her products and the fact that she could help us through her extensive knowledge and make our lives better just exhibited what kind of a human being she is and what kind of an exceptional audiologist she is. I highly recommend Laura

The staff here is professional and very helpful. Laura Montoya, the hearing specialist, is patient, a great listener, and understands her products. She takes the time to fit her hearing instruments to your exact needs. Thank you.

Very unorganized. The male receptionist didn't seem to know how anything worked, did not properly set up the appointment, and gave incorrect information over the phone. When I called to see why I hadn't heard about my hearing aids coming in, he said that insurance had denied the claim so they weren't coming in. I told him that someone should have called me so I could take care of it and he got defensive, saying I shouldn't "get mad". I was calm and professional on the phone, wish I could say the same for him. The female rece... read more

Better go someplace else. The audiologist is a pleasure but is only in one day / week. The office staff is highly dysfunctional. They promised me a receipt for the over $5000 which I had paid and then later refused to give it to me! I was standing at their front desk for my 3:45 appointment AS they were calling me at 3:51 to cancel that very same appointment. They had never called to tell me that my hearing aid was unavailable and on back order.

My friend is blind and went for a hearing check. On top of being blind he is losing his hearing, so this was a very important thing for him. Unfortunately, these people took his money and never returned his calls. It is unconscionable and I am going to be reporting them to the New Mexico consumer protection agency on his behalf. This business is possibly a Medicare scam.
