Nice people. Seem competent. Results similar to all the others I have used. The claim is they can make adjustments with their latest industry leading technology that will improve your hearing. Ok let's work on the noise reduction. Response from specialist: "there is only a 10% reduction". So, why bother? She "set it to max". Came out no better. Recommended LACE AI to train the brain. I just got new hearing aids from Hear USA in Santa Fe, NM! Letty Vajda was so helpful and committed to me having the best possible hearing! She was so present to my needs - I was very well taken care of. Ashley has been very helpful with scheduling follow up appointments - and very forgiving when I mixed up my time and missed an appointment. I definitely recommend Hear USA in Santa Fe!
After a bad experience at a shady audiologist, I found HearUSA. They are a great practice. I was given personal and professional care. The office is clean and cheery. The staff is friendly. It’s easy to get an appointment quickly. Can’t say enough good things.
I had an eartip jammed in my hearing aid receiver and even though I didn’t have an appointment, Ashley fit me into the schedule and fixed the problem, all in a friendly manner. She pointed out the I had used an outdated eartip and sold me three packets of the correct eartips. All and all a very satisfying experience! Cord
Mom went in for hearing test n to see about new hearing aids. I was impressed with the friendly staff, respectful and professional. I will recommend this USA Hear Office to anyone.
