I've been there four times. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Appointments are easy to schedule and the wait times are minimal. The hearing tests are easy and you get the results immediately.
On time, courteous & respectful professional service. Audiologist recommended eardrops for better preparation on the next visit. Will make appointment for the follow up visit. Thank you.
The staff at the Camarillo store are amazing! Every time I go, they see me at the appointed time and take care of my problem on the spot. I can’t recommend them highly enough. I’ve had my hearing aids for two years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Neither should you! Thanks, Hear USA!
The staff was very friendly and informative. The audiologist is absolutely wonderful, helpful and very competent. For those who are challenged to buy and set up the newer hearing aids themselves, a certified audiologist who will test you and support you in the office may be the way to go. BUT my very expensive hearing aids are now out of warranty (as of May) AND the batteries are needing replacement every year for a cost of $325 each time (estimated to be $650/yr for 2 batteries every year from now on). I am very pleased with my visit to Hear USA. I was helped by knowledgeable and helpful staff. My aids were cleaned and some parts replaced @ no charge. Some questions I had were addressed in a helpful manner. I would highly recommend this location.
