The hearing test and explanations regarding the types and costs of hearing aids was a good learning experience for me. I do think the costs of hearing aids in general are extremely high, and I will probably forgo the thousand dollar assistance from my health insurance and seek a lower priced aid elsewhere.
Staff were very sensitive to my hearing issues. My hearing aids were cleaned and the technician helped me with the app insuring that the hearing aids were working well. Thank you to the receptionist for making an appointment in a timely manner. Thank you staff!!!
I called HearUSA on Friday, asked if they could take a look at my right hearing aid as it was making a swooshing sound. She said come on in and we’ll take a look at it. They were able to fix it and I was out the door in less than 20 minutes. Very happy with their service and help.
I've been there four times. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Appointments are easy to schedule and the wait times are minimal. The hearing tests are easy and you get the results immediately.
On time, courteous & respectful professional service. Audiologist recommended eardrops for better preparation on the next visit. Will make appointment for the follow up visit. Thank you.
