The receptionist, Jennifer is the very nicest lady ever, so patient and very helpful. When I first got my hearing aids they were a work in progress, I had to go back for an adjustment, and the doctor was patient and helped me get my hearing aid to fit properly. I have been back a few times, each time Jennifer has been so sweet and so helpful. Hearing aids are a work in progress, it takes a while to get used to them 😄

It is always a pleasure to see Jennifer upon entering Hear USA. She recognizes me and always has a smile and something nice to say. She's truly appreciated. Dr. Eslami asks great questions in an effort to determine my needs. He is very professional in everything he does, and I count upon him to provide his insights.

Dr Eslami and Jen are wonderful. They find time when they can to take of their patients. My daughter needed her tubing changed, I dropped it off and picked it up so quickly. Often they have a wait for non urgent appointments, but it's AWLAYS worth it.

We were told that the clinic staff is comfortable fitting babies and children. However we were only offered one brand of hearing aid for our child (a brand for adults not kids). When we brought this up to the staff we were then offered the brand more suitable for kids. It was odd to us this wasn’t the initial brand offered, especially if the staff say they are comfortable fitting babies/kids.
