Best experience ever. I needed help with how to clean my hearing aids for bacteria. I was told about charging unit that has ultra violet light to kill any bacteria while charging. Then he ordered it for me and helped me with delivery options. I also was given extra filters for my hearing aids and instruction on how to replace them. I was super happy with their service that was above and beyond what I was expecting.
Have had my new BiCore hearing aids for several months and was having a lot of feedback issues and the APP wasn't functioning as it should. Made an appointment and a different person helped me with the issue, (Jerry), and changed the ear inserts and reinstalled the DATA into the APP/hearing aids and now everything is much better. Still get a little feedback but much better and the tone is deeper and clearer due to the different ear inserts.
This office is one of the few with a doctor of audiology, so I drive a bit farther to get that level of expertise. Jennifer in reception is really friendly and helpful. She plans ahead for my visit and has orders of the items I will need to keep my Oticon hearing aids in top condition.
The receptionist Jenifer is incompetent and does not care about her career or the patients. Unfortunately this is the only pediatric office in Orange County Kaiser offers. If you’re considering Kaiser with pediatrics please run far away. When your child’s hearing aide stops working… you get an appointment 1.5 months out, no exceptions. Jared and Jennifer were extremely helpful finding the right fit for my hearing aids. Jared was knowledgeable, professional, kind and caring while I navigated the very complex world of hearing aids!
