This office is one of the few with a doctor of audiology, so I drive a bit farther to get that level of expertise. Jennifer in reception is really friendly and helpful. She plans ahead for my visit and has orders of the items I will need to keep my Oticon hearing aids in top condition.
The receptionist, Jennifer is the very nicest lady ever, so patient and very helpful. When I first got my hearing aids they were a work in progress, I had to go back for an adjustment, and the doctor was patient and helped me get my hearing aid to fit properly. I have been back a few times, each time Jennifer has been so sweet and so helpful. Hearing aids are a work in progress, it takes a while to get used to them 😄
Don't bring your infant or child here, fight/change your insurance to go somewhere else. You will be led to buy Signia and not Phonak as other clinics will recommend for kids. You are stuck with the place you buy the hearing aids to get the services covered under the insurance, so find another good clinic to buy the hearing aids. My experience has been that the Audiologist here cannot get the tubing, molding, feedbacks, and equipment setting right. It is always a pleasure to see Jennifer upon entering Hear USA. She recognizes me and always has a smile and something nice to say. She's truly appreciated. Dr. Eslami asks great questions in an effort to determine my needs. He is very professional in everything he does, and I count upon him to provide his insights.
Great initial visit. I had one prior visit with another audiologist and this one was better. They even take my insurance!
