Kasra literally took me to his office as soon as I signed in and re-paired my hearing aides to my new phone. I was in and out within 10 minutes and Kasra was very helpfull and cheerful.Couldn't ask for better service. Greg L.
New doc (Dr. Abolhjosseini) is sooo good. Diagnosed my problem quickly, and fixed it. Educated me on my phone and pairing the hearing aids. He is nice, friendly, intelligent.
There was no one manning the front desk. The tech I had an appointment with found me and gave me the paperwork to fill out. I was shown 3 hearing aid designs and told which was recommended for me (based on hearing test, lifestyle and desires). 3 grades were offered at multiples of the base price. Unfortunately neither the tech, nor the manufacturer could provide a detailed, technical explanation of the actual benefit for each rice increase. Very positive experience. Drew helped walk me through each step and was kind, informative, reassuring, helpful. I'm excited to try these hearing aids out.... The process was amazingly easy! Follow up so far it's great as well!
First, I saw this advertisement on my MSNBC platform. At first I was a bit skeptical about the product and decided to do more research on Amazon and to research Costco's offerings. Marketing the hearing aid as the smallest device on the market was quite a statement. I responded online and was contacted by Laurie Zetts/Hear.com.
