There was no one manning the front desk. The tech I had an appointment with found me and gave me the paperwork to fill out. I was shown 3 hearing aid designs and told which was recommended for me (based on hearing test, lifestyle and desires). 3 grades were offered at multiples of the base price. Unfortunately neither the tech, nor the manufacturer could provide a detailed, technical explanation of the actual benefit for each rice increase. Very positive experience. Drew helped walk me through each step and was kind, informative, reassuring, helpful. I'm excited to try these hearing aids out.... The process was amazingly easy! Follow up so far it's great as well!
First, I saw this advertisement on my MSNBC platform. At first I was a bit skeptical about the product and decided to do more research on Amazon and to research Costco's offerings. Marketing the hearing aid as the smallest device on the market was quite a statement. I responded online and was contacted by Laurie Zetts/Hear.com. I had a good visit with Kasra Abolhosseini Au.D for a tune up on my hearing aids. He answered all my questions, adjusted my hearing aids, and filled me in on how to improve my hearing with these devices in certain difficult situations. He was very professional and it helped me improve my hearing.
My experience with this company and employees was excellent. The hearing aides are really great. I didn't even have to leave my home to get any of the process completed. Follow-up is great as well. Drew is very personable and easy to understand.
