Hate to give it a bad score but I called and they wouldn't answer the phone. So we drove all the way over there to find a sign on the door saying that they only talk to people that have an appointment. Staff inside refuse to even look at the people outside the door trying to get in. Hard to get an appointment if they don't answer the phone. Fortunately it looks like there's a great place in San Dimas.

Both my husband and I found the technician who cleaned and adjusted our hearing aids to be very helpful, patient, informative and very competent. We will continue to use the Glendora Hear USA facility.

I can now HEAR. Laura really knows what she is doing. This is my second pair of Tru hearing aids. I can hear so much better with this second pair. Wonderful!!

Dr. Bashar Hearing USA Audiologist in Glendora, CA is very thorough and knowledgeable. Mr. Fernando, at front desk office has excellent customer service. Ms. Evelynn M helped me with my new hearing aids. Ms. Laura M helped me in fine tuning my hearing aids. Thank you, Julio N.

The Audiologist Bashar Ashouri is very thorough and meticulous. He's also friendly and courteous, as is his staff. When hubby's aids arrived, they were pre- programmed and ready to go. They worked perfectly! The app on the phone allows my husband to change the aids to fit the environment he's in. He can actually talk on the cell phone with them. We couldn't be more pleased!! Soon, I'll be next, I will not hesitate to use Hear USA for myself.
