Both my husband and I found the technician who cleaned and adjusted our hearing aids to be very helpful, patient, informative and very competent. We will continue to use the Glendora Hear USA facility.
Dr. Bashar Hearing USA Audiologist in Glendora, CA is very thorough and knowledgeable. Mr. Fernando, at front desk office has excellent customer service. Ms. Evelynn M helped me with my new hearing aids. Ms. Laura M helped me in fine tuning my hearing aids. Thank you, Julio N.
The Audiologist Bashar Ashouri is very thorough and meticulous. He's also friendly and courteous, as is his staff. When hubby's aids arrived, they were pre- programmed and ready to go. They worked perfectly! The app on the phone allows my husband to change the aids to fit the environment he's in. He can actually talk on the cell phone with them. We couldn't be more pleased!! Soon, I'll be next, I will not hesitate to use Hear USA for myself.
Fernando is at the front desk. Very friendly, professional, and knew exactly what I needed to do and sign for my new hearing aids. Bashar was my trchnician, he knew the ins and outs of the Signia Hearing Aids and was patient with my list of questions and showed me how to use the Sugnia app to adjust my aids for specific environments. What I didn’t like is the tiny charger that came with my T 7IX AIDS AS I HAVE 2 cats and I’m afraid they would chew it lose my aids when they are in the charger as they are fully exposed. I am very satisfied with my visit at Hear USA 05.26.24. in Glendora office and the help which I received. Mr Bashar Ashouri- the Hearing Aid Dispenser efficiently resolved problems I had with my hearing aids. After adjustments and changes he made my hearing improved greatly- not only that - he also minimized the discomfort of using my hearing aids. I appreciate and thank for his assistance and help.
