This office cannot answer their phone After 2 days of calling and leaving messages we finally called the call center. They also tried to reach them and was unsuccessful. They set the appt for us. Arriving at the scheduled appt time we were told we can’t be seen and said they would call back today or tomorrow. However they didn’t ask for a phone number. I am very satisfied with my visit at Hear USA 05.26.24. in Glendora office and the help which I received. Mr Bashar Ashouri- the Hearing Aid Dispenser efficiently resolved problems I had with my hearing aids. After adjustments and changes he made my hearing improved greatly- not only that - he also minimized the discomfort of using my hearing aids. I appreciate and thank for his assistance and help.
The reason I am giving this 4 stars is the front desk receptionist did not greet me with hi how are you. I announced myself when I approached the front desk.
Wonderful business great customer service. This business is truly fantastic. Robert cousins is friendly informative and a real professional. Loved my experience at Hear X Well. Anyone out there in need of help for hearing aids this is the place to go. I was told the best place for reasonable hearing aids is Costco well after going to Costco and being told the hearing aids there are designed for Costco store and did not help with any tinnitus problems I understood the quality would be lacking due to the cheaper price off... read more
I had my hearing tested at my HMO (Kaiser), who referred me to HearUSA (Kaiser's partner for hearing aids). My initial consult was very positive - the Licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser at the HearUSA office in Glendora , CA (Robert Cousins) was very informative, answering all my questions clearly and patiently.
