It is a digital FaceTime style tester. You just sit in a booth alone the tester gives you instructions and you respond accordingly. The testing portion was excellent. I called ahead to verify if my insurance was excepted. I was told because it was a referral it was covered 100%. After the test I was told it was $211.00. I told them about my previous call and was told that it was only 100% covered if I had secondary insurance. It sure would have been nice if that was expressed ahead of time.
Remote consultation was much easier than I anticipated.Plernty of time to ask questions and good follow-up./
Polite ,friendly and professional. The staff makes me feel comfortable and answers all my questions thoroughly. They definitely want you to be happy.
Office was very friendly and knowledgeable. The woman doing my testing made me feel at ease and I had a great experience. And my hearing is perfect. Happy with the whole experience.
My experience with HearUSA was completely satisfactory. From reception to a hearing test performed by technician Jess, everything was handled competently, efficiently, and with friendliness. I particularly liked that Jess was able to answer my questions in a very patient, understandable manner.
