It is a digital FaceTime style tester. You just sit in a booth alone the tester gives you instructions and you respond accordingly. The testing portion was excellent. I called ahead to verify if my insurance was excepted. I was told because it was a referral it was covered 100%. After the test I was told it was $211.00. I told them about my previous call and was told that it was only 100% covered if I had secondary insurance. It sure would have been nice if that was expressed ahead of time.

Office was very friendly and knowledgeable. The woman doing my testing made me feel at ease and I had a great experience. And my hearing is perfect. Happy with the whole experience.

My experience with HearUSA was completely satisfactory. From reception to a hearing test performed by technician Jess, everything was handled competently, efficiently, and with friendliness. I particularly liked that Jess was able to answer my questions in a very patient, understandable manner.

My 9 month old hearing aid stopped working. I called and the receptionist informed me that everyone in audiology had “left the company”. My only option was to set up a telehealth call in 2 weeks with someone I had never heard of. I inquired where Dr Looper had gone, but they wouldn’t even discuss it. (It was his office for decades, so this was a big snub). Looks to me like some inept corporation took over and can’t even retain their people. Not promising.

I visited Dr Jessica Heirs at Greenly Hearing Services last month. She was very professional and thorough in preforming my hearing test. This young lady is very personable and answered all my numerous questions completely. She appears to be a great addition to our community and the facilities here are very clean and modern
