T,his is a review of my first adjustment. I have a Signia hearing aid. The initial experience was not satisfactory. There is a lot of eco and I could not engage in conversation in a group poker game of 8 people. At this adjustment session Tiffany change apart of the hearing aid and adjust the program. I also speak to the audio system. Apparently the audio system is not work. It has not response even as I practically shouting at it. I must say I have never been disappointed by the service, concern for my problems to resolve them - they have the best people working there, shout out to Timber who took such good care of me and resolved the problem - I truly recommend there service for your hearing needs
We were referred by Kaiser to HearUSA in Carlsbad as Kaiser did not have any Audiology appointments available soon. We were able to schedule an appointment quickly for my Mom. Not only was every person that helped us extremely professional but they were friendly as well. My Mom was referred to an ENT to diagnose a potential other issue as the professional that tested her hearing noticed something wrong with her ear drum.
