Tiffany was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. After giving me a hearing test, she carefully went over the results and made recommendations for some various hearing aids and thoroughly explained their differences and costs. I have, yet, to make my purchase, however I am very pleased, so far.
Tiffany is informed, patient and clear in her instructions and administration of the hearing exam. I am confident in the results and her fitting. A pleasure to have such a competent person do my measurements and fitting . Patty in the front was a good source in getting the best financing solution.

T,his is a review of my first adjustment. I have a Signia hearing aid. The initial experience was not satisfactory. There is a lot of eco and I could not engage in conversation in a group poker game of 8 people. At this adjustment session Tiffany change apart of the hearing aid and adjust the program. I also speak to the audio system. Apparently the audio system is not work. It has not response even as I practically shouting at it. Finally got my new Signa hearing ads and I an very pleased. I can now answer the phone without looking for where I laid it down. The reception is great. Tiffany took really good care of me and I am very happy with my new hearing aids.
