I had a trial of a different type of aid and decided not to buy them. I returned to my existing aids and will consider newer ones in a year.
This Hearing Aid store in Carlsbad is a much better fit for me. The salesperson was very friendly and helpful. The office person is very nice as well. I need more experience with getting adjustments and services, to better rate. But I feel so far, so good.

Tiffany was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. After giving me a hearing test, she carefully went over the results and made recommendations for some various hearing aids and thoroughly explained their differences and costs. I have, yet, to make my purchase, however I am very pleased, so far.
