Great Customer Service – I have used a multitude of hearing aid businesses over my life time, and never have I been treated with such respect, care, and understanding. The staff make every effort to listen to what you have to say and are both professional and personable. I would (and have) recommend this establishment to any and all who want fairly priced aids, trustworthy business standards, and a courteous staff!
A very unpleasant experience – After six months of receiving multiple broken or malfunctioning hearing aids and in complete frustration, we ultimately requested a refund per the terms of the contract. While McDonald Hearing Aid Center agreed to provide a refund, it has been 2 more months and they have yet to process the credit through their bank. Given the apparent poor quality of their product, and their less than forthcoming refund "process", I can not recommend McDonald Hearing Aid Center.
