Susan has been consistently wonderful to work with. She is always on time. She listens closely to what I need and what I may be experiencing with my hearing devices. And she has fixed any issue that comes up--every time.
My visit to Hear USA was to have my hearing air repaired. They performed the work quickly and efficiently. They also checked out the performance of my present hearing aids and described what was now available in the market place if I ever wanted to update my hearing aids.
Very nice, they got me right in and Susan was Fantastic!! She knew exactly what she was doing and what I needed and didn't try to push me in to anything. Receptionist was also very pleasant and helpful. Would highly recommend Hearing USA,
Everyone here is just so professional and polite. They treat you like a persons and not just someone that can’t hear. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone that needs help hearing.
