Always a great experience. Cheryl is wonderful. Very patient and helpful. Kat is also very helpful in getting me in to see Cheryl when I need help. Glad I chose this group to go with my new hearing aids. I was just there on October 3 and as always, a great visit. Thank u both.
Explained the procedure, supply information about types of hearing aid, how much the may cost and insurance. This was my first visit since moved to Willow Manor, however many people at willow speak highly of her. I'm very pleased with Dr Krissoff.
Cheryl is the best. She is patient and thorough. Always takes her time. She treats me like I’m her only patient. Love her. And I’m so happy I can hear!!!!!!!!!
Cheryl is quite skilled when it comes to audiology and hearing aids. She takes time to educate you about your hearing aids and helps you to fully utilize them.
As usual my experience was great! I didn't need to wait, and I was taken care of quickly and was on my way right away! I highly recommend HearUSA for any hearing aid needs!
