Dr Cheryl Krisoff is an excellent audiologist. I've been going to her for four years. She is fantastic. She takes the extra time if you need it to explain your condition and your options. Because HearUSA is a large company, she has been able to provide incredible discounts on top-of-the-line hearing aids. She is incredibly customer focused, and doesn't push sales. The audiologist, Cheryl, is very experienced and took the time to test my hearing, recommend proper hearing aids, and adjusted the device in subsequent appointments. Very pleased with her service.
Ms. Krissoff is an outstanding Audiologist! I have been seeing her for several years now. She is patient, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and has a pleasant disposition. She discusses everything with me and goes out of her way to solve every problem before I leave the office.
Cheryl, my audiologist was great; she answered my questions, and took care of my hearing aid issue!
I felt very good about my interactions. Service was very good and my hearing is much improved with the new hearing aids.
