My visit to Hear USA in Olney was very prompt and helpful to me. The technician Cheryl was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She did the repair immediately and demonstrated how to service the hearing aids by myself. I couldn’t have been more pleased!
Dr Cheryl Krisoff is an excellent audiologist. I've been going to her for four years. She is fantastic. She takes the extra time if you need it to explain your condition and your options. Because HearUSA is a large company, she has been able to provide incredible discounts on top-of-the-line hearing aids. She is incredibly customer focused, and doesn't push sales. I had outstanding care at Hear USA. The Audiologist was excellent, very thorough and very nice. She was sure that she had all pertinent medical data from me so that she could give good advice. I highly recommend HearUSA.
Ms. Krissoff is an outstanding Audiologist! I have been seeing her for several years now. She is patient, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and has a pleasant disposition. She discusses everything with me and goes out of her way to solve every problem before I leave the office.
Dr. Krissoff's service was technically perfect (repairing a hearing aid/restoring my ability to listen to my own patients!), informative, and very considerate. I could not possibly have gotten better service anywhere!
