We just moved here from the East Coast. My Moms hearing aids were broken and out dated. I took my mom to Hear USA to get her hearing test. Ms. Pauline Linares conducted the test and took the time to explain which hearing aids most suitable to my mom life styles. Ms. Linares was very articulate and she made sure the Hearing aids setting is optimal and fit comfortably. She also made sure that all of our concerns were addressed. Staff audiologist changed seem to be very harsh about receiving New hearing aids though Providence with medical advantage wanted me too pay 699.00 Dollars for the same type of hearing aids thought this was a rip off so take your chances about this place but for me I will look else were.
I had an appointment with Pauline on 8/7/2024. It was the most thorough and complete appointment ever. She is a great educator on the hearing aids. The staff was really great too. I had tried two other hearing aid brands. So far, this one is the best.
Efficient and friendly service. Had hearing aids filters changed and ear pieces cleaned. Update: Ownership of HearUSA has apparently changed.
