I had a great experience at Hear USA located in Doral, FL. The hearing aid specialist was outstanding. He explained the testing details that was very easy to understand. Answered all my questions and was very professional throughout my appointment. He was very experienced and knowledgeable about the Horizon Go IX hearing aids I purchased.

The appointment was for my husband, Lawrence. It was a good experience. The Dr. very professional took the time needed to conduct all the exams needed and was very precise in his explanations of the results. Many unanswered questions re- garding my husband's condition were ex-plained by the Dr. I was very appreciative.

Booking an appointment was convenient. Office was clean, nice and cozy. Margit was very nice and helpful. The doctor was amazing. Very patient with my 75-year-old mother. He explained everything and took his time to make sure we picked out the right hearing aids for my mom.
