I have always been completely impressed with Dr. Bendana's and Margit's professionalism and customer service. They are very helpful and friendly.
The appointment was for my husband, Lawrence. It was a good experience. The Dr. very professional took the time needed to conduct all the exams needed and was very precise in his explanations of the results. Many unanswered questions re- garding my husband's condition were ex-plained by the Dr. I was very appreciative.
First time visiting for my mother and it was a good experience. Detailed service, all bases covered and the research done to find the hearing problems are very up to date. It's a bit pricey with co payment but worth your money. I highly recommend it.
Booking an appointment was convenient. Office was clean, nice and cozy. Margit was very nice and helpful. The doctor was amazing. Very patient with my 75-year-old mother. He explained everything and took his time to make sure we picked out the right hearing aids for my mom.
