The appointment was for my husband, Lawrence. It was a good experience. The Dr. very professional took the time needed to conduct all the exams needed and was very precise in his explanations of the results. Many unanswered questions re- garding my husband's condition were ex-plained by the Dr. I was very appreciative.
On time appointments ,friendly people and professional service. Received my first hearing aids today! I’m happy with the results.
First time visiting for my mother and it was a good experience. Detailed service, all bases covered and the research done to find the hearing problems are very up to date. It's a bit pricey with co payment but worth your money. I highly recommend it.

Doctor took the time to give me a thorough examination. I did not buy on the day that I visited and was.I wanted to think about it for a couple days. I went back on Friday and bought the hearing aids. Everybody was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. I would recommend Hear USA to anybody that's interested in improving their hearing.
