Dr. Russo was ready and waiting when we arrived, and was quite congenial. He answered all my questions politely, and I feel in control of my new hearing aids!
Appointment was easy to get. No waiting long in the office. Dr. Russo was very professional and friendly. He explained everything in great deal and told us to call if we had any more questions. Just picked up my new hearing aids, and, so far so good!
The greatest feeling is knowing that the staff are very knowledgeable, polite and pleasant. They are true experts in the hearing field and they provide a fantastic service in all areas of hearing engagement.
Great outfit. The staff is very professional and courteous. the Dr explained the process well, was patient and helpful. Highly recomended.
