I have purchased 3 sets of hearing aids from Hear USA in Peabody MA as the technology has continued to improve. I guess that really says it all. I am a very satisfied repeat customer. Lots of companies have great technology but what makes a hearing aid work is the programming and service you receive after the sale. Dr. Russo was ready and waiting when we arrived, and was quite congenial. He answered all my questions politely, and I feel in control of my new hearing aids!
I was seen with out an appointment because the appointment was available the appointment time became available because of a no show. My problem was open connection on my right ear connection which was fix very quickly with replacing the cable connection. In the future I will make appointment, thank you for your service.
Appointment was easy to get. No waiting long in the office. Dr. Russo was very professional and friendly. He explained everything in great deal and told us to call if we had any more questions. Just picked up my new hearing aids, and, so far so good!
amazing - I told everyone I hated my hearing aids and then I called Hear USA. I got an appointment right away. I complained about the tinnyness of my hearing aids. Dr Gallo took them, adjusted them and now - they are perfect!
