I have purchased 3 sets of hearing aids from Hear USA in Peabody MA as the technology has continued to improve. I guess that really says it all. I am a very satisfied repeat customer. Appointment was easy to get. No waiting long in the office. Dr. Russo was very professional and friendly. He explained everything in great deal and told us to call if we had any more questions. Just picked up my new hearing aids, and, so far so good!
amazing - I told everyone I hated my hearing aids and then I called Hear USA. I got an appointment right away. I complained about the tinnyness of my hearing aids. Dr Gallo took them, adjusted them and now - they are perfect!
I could not ask for more! I was visiting the Boston area during the Memorial Day weekend when one of my units no longer was functioning. I called and located a HearUSA center nearby (Peabody MA) who took time out of busy day to see me. After answering the phone three times to give an "out-of-towner" specific directions to the office, he replaced a broken speaker wire in five seconds, and life returned to normal. Dr. Russo always takes the time to listen to my needs. He was able to do a quick repair and send me on my way. In addition, he made my devices compatible to my phone for me. I highly recommend this office.
