A few days ago I met Dr.Matthew Russo, audiologist in Peabody, Mass. to begin wearing hearing aids. He was smart, kind, an excellent communicator who put me and my wife at ease. We left his office in good spirits, agreeing that this is the way all doctors should treat their patients. I am a physician, and I know when a provider is a tribute to his profession. Dr.Russo is that person. Maura, his receptionist, deserves praise as well.
