The audiologist took the time to discuss why my hearing aids were not working and how to clean them. He made a 6 month follow up appointment. My previous audiologist did not explain thinks sufficiently

Great experience from start to finish. The staff was professional, patient, and took the time to make sure my hearing aids were fitted and adjusted properly. They explained everything clearly and made the process easy. Highly recommend!
I purchased my hearing aids from here USA and had them for a little while, but then all of a sudden they weren’t working right. So I called up to see if they had an appointment and as luck would have it they had one opening that day. I was so glad I could get in the same day that I called. There was nothing wrong with the hearing aid but something wrong with the app. The doctor took hardly any time to fix it and I was ready to be on my way. I would recommend him to anyone! Give him a Chance.
My husband got his hearing aides here and the place is fantastic. The people, the location, the professionalism showed to him was incredible. Payden is the gentleman who did all the testing and helped him pick out the hearing aides, fit them, program them and so forth. The staff at HearUSA is very helpful, but most importantly, very knowledgeable. I am grateful for the experience I had during my first visit, and I am looking forward to picking up my new hearing aids in the next few days.
