I went to Hear USA on El Dorado in June 2025 to get my hearing tested, and to get an imprint of my ears for new hearing aids. Their specialist; Mr Barnett, was thorough, explaining the use of the different styles. picked the ones I thought I'd be comfortable with, and in July, I went and picked them up. HIGHLY RECOMMEND My appointments are with Guy Barnett at HearUSA located at 156 El Dorado Blvd. in The Clear Lake area of Houston, Texas. I have a Medicare advantage plan so I called my insurance company and asked for help finding an audiologist. I was told that Guy had the highest ratings in my area. Experience at the office on El Dorado rd was very good. Tech answered all questions, what insurance would pay and the hearing test was quite efficient. Would recommend True Hearing.
I am very happy with my new hearing aids! The staff has been very helpful and explained everything so thoroughly. I would recommend them to anyone needing hearing aids.
The level of clarity is not as good as I thought it would be, I don’t think I could use these in large group environments, at least I thought it would a little clear in a crowded environment I could a conversation one on one next to me. I may want to return these .
