I can’t say enough good things about Hear USA and the help I received for my elderly mom and her hearing aids. Relaxed encounter with Eric who is ready and willing to provide his experience with hearing aid technology made this a productive visit. All questions were addressed clearly. This is a better experience than with a previous device from an EENT office.
I highly recommend HearUSA for your hearing needs. They are very professional and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and made sure I understood each part of the process and that I was comfortable with what was happening during the entire process. They are #1! Excellent experience! Karen made me comfortable right away, and had all of my information prepared. There was no wait time. Erick, with years of experience and fantastic interpersonal skills, was a huge help, talking me through different options for hearing aids.
