I continue to be impressed by the service Provided by HearUSA. I called the Carmel Valley location because my left hearing aid was not charging properly. I was told I could come right in if I didn’t mind waiting a few minutes. I want to the location and within 10 minutes, Someone was starting to deal with my problem. The audiologist, Kelly, then updated my hearing aids and within less than a half hour I was on my way.
Kelly Scoggins did a great job of taking me through the entire process of using my insurance to set me up with a pair of useful hearing aids. She was very informative and answered all my questions, not only about how the hearing aids and app work but also about how HearUSA will serve me throughout the year and with my next hearing test. She also let me know about a different Medicare Advantage plan, one that could save me money with my next hearing aid purchase.
Kelly, as usual, is simply outstanding. My hearing aids were giving me trouble and literally in 15 minutes, she made repairs, answered my questions, and I was on my way. You have choices when it comes to hearing aids. At some point, I assure you, you are going to need professional help and/or advice. Why not go with the best and with someone who comes highly recommended. HearUSA and Kelly...
I was warmly welcomed on arrival and assisted with my paperwork. My hearing test experience was handled extremely professionally. Kelly Scoggins, who conducted the evaluation, was invaluable regarding their recommended brand of hearing aids and the various associated costs. This is a very professional company whose corporate image and branding are well reflected in their marketing materials and take-home informational brochure packet! I highly recommend HearUSA!
Great place for hearing aids. The doctor is very professional and kind. I am also very pleased with my hearing aids. I would highly recommend this place.
